Horrific management from the Regional Manager down to the David Grant Medical Center site. Bonuses, cost, favoritism and nepotism outweigh the concerns of the employees and the employees themselves. Honest and hard working employees are shunned and bullied by the employees that brown nose management. This environment has caused many people to quit and also led to unlawful termination of personnel. Health and life safety concerns that are brought up by employees are silenced by management to ensure contract renewal and eliminate unwanted but necessary expenditures. These truths are not unfounded...only hidden from the public and government due to greed.
I can only speak about the China Lake division. If u are looking for a great place to work, keep looking. Read up on them through indeed reviews. It s not what it may seem. Keeping looking for other opportunities. I m officially stuck in desert, because I didn t do my homework.
