When I set up my own business last year I was recommended to use J&J Systems for my IT support. This was such a great recommendation as I have been so happy with their services, support and the cost involved.
When I worked for previous companies I used to hate and put off phoning IT support as I knew it would take them ages to get something sorted and this would result in decreased productivity. This is not the case with J&J, they have resolved all my issues very quickly (which are mainly my fault due to lack of knowledge) and always ensure that any work they need to do does not impact my working day. I would also strongly recommend J&J systems to any business of any size.

Wow, being dumped by your IT provider, in a national lockdown, because they struggle to provide reliable remote working services...thats not what any company needs for business continuity in a crisis. I suppose they did me a favour in the end. we have twice the service for half the price now.

We purchased our computers from them, which they installed and then transferred the data from our old system in a seamless process and with minimal disruption to the working day. They look after our computers on a day to day basis with a Managed Service package, giving access to their support desk. We also use their Hosted Email service and Cloudstation storage facility.
We have recently taken advantage of their cybercrime training which was very informative and a worthwhile investment of our time.
