Pros: easy reservation and flexible check in/out times, knowledgeable manager and front desk recommendations, modern suite accommodations, compliance with city's covid codes, delicious and prompt beautifully set trays for breakfast and weekend dinner room service menu, gorgeous room decor, multiple room TVs, dual rainfall showerhead/handheld and tub private bathroom, plush robe/slipper/umbrella/bag for optional purchase, top shelf mini bar and stocked fridge, cabinets and in-room bev & snacks for purchase, Keurig coffee machine, separate sitting and sleeping areas, free Wi-Fi, lots of charging outlets and docking stations, multiple light switch dimmers and electronically controlled black out curtains, leather sectionals, velvet upholstery, wardrobe closet and safe laptop desk with ergonomic chair lobby and waiting areas with barrier front desk and hand sanitizer stations, contactless room keys access elevators, 24 hr desk.
Cons: visible wear & tear on some flooring, room thermostats don't seem to heat up rooms well, noticeable smoking and noise in rooms, some plumbing issues with water pressure in sinks, linens were not clean, ADA entrance was not working, no sundry or vending machine, main lobby bar and rooftop restaurant closed for season and pandemic, minimal staff in evening for maintenance issues.
