We could not be happier with our time here. After a bad experience elsewhere, we were able to get a room here. The room is beautiful, the beds are very comfortable, and the staff are very friendly and helpful (the manager in particular).
Fantastic hotel. I only stayed for one night, but I felt thoroughly spoiled. Anything I could have wanted was available, the bed was beyond comfortable (it was difficult to rouse myself in the morning) and everything was clean and luxurious. Also, they have a fantastic green policy and available recycling. If you are visiting Notre Dame, you can't pass this gem up.
Staff were incredible, rooms very large and comfortable. Breakfast nicely done bed was just right. Shower great.
Went to graduation party where they rented the breakfast area. Very nice atmosphere.
Stayed one night in a room with king size bed. Room was very spacious and included a kitchen area (sink, mini fridge, etc.). Very clean and quiet. Bed was very comfortable. Did not use the tv but there was a good size television in the room. Breakfast was free and good. Their staff was also helpful.
Loved it here!! We will definitely be going back. Customer service was amazing. Rooms are beautiful and its in the perfect area. I will be recommend it to my family and friends!! Cant wait to go back!!!
Highly recommend this inn. Feels more "homey" than many hotels, and close to campus.
Small rooms. Beds are very uncomfortable. Pillows are uncomfortable as well. "Quite time" is from 11pm-7am but I had to ask the desk clerk to have the people who were very loudly playing cards to be quite so we could sleep at midnight. Refrigerator squealed everytime the compressor came on. Staff was friendly though. Would not stay here again. Could use some updates. Also if you're looking for a pool they do not have one.
Very nice hotel, just off the Notre Dame campus. We rented bikes and road around for $10 each bike. The bikes need some work but were ok fir riding around. The room was very nice and the cheapest in the area, I woukd go there again
Good option for business travel in South Bend; wish the charm of the exterior carried through to the interior...inside it is much like any other just-above-middling property.
Close to ND campus. A really friendly place to stay.
We stayed for 3 nights, and it was a good experience if not great. We were late to reach and had no issues checking in. However the room was full of dust and I had to ask them next morning to get it cleaned (cleaning lady didn't know English so we had to use sign language :)) . Breakfast was good. Bathrooms could be remodeled and windows need curtains to make them not see through.
Customer service went above and beyond to help me on my business trip. Specifically Michelle at front desk! She took care of my needs and was very friendly :) Comfy beds, refrigerator in room, spacious rooms, great spot for a quick or long stay.
We were only in the basement party room. It was fine.
In need of a little upgrade. Doors stick. Bathroom needs a new coat of paint and new tub. Good location. Breakfast had over easy eggs... that's right real eggs. Great service and clean.
Perfect location right by notre dame. Building looked a bit old but the rooms were amazing
