I was hired for the Duke energy campaign, 2 weeks later was informed they were shutting it down so I found another job. I went to pick up my check on the day they hand out checks and they didn't have a check for me. They owe for two weeks of work. This is a highly unprofessional, unorganized "buisness". I am not the first person they did this to, there are many people that they hold pay from in retaliation. Do not work for this company unless you are beyond desperate. Terrible company.

Quit over a month ago and I must say, in training you ll think that this is a professional place when they start laying out rules but let me tell u dnt be fooled by that ok, from management down to supervisors , and co-workers they are full of S***. They not only rob their customers but they rob their employees also. You know most job you work 3 weeks before getting paid and then you get ur week in the back if you no longer work there ? You can kiss that goodbye because you ll never get it (just a heads up) worst place EVER! Teleperformance was even better than this.

Don't work here, only 3 supervisors care about the employees and others will lie about employees to make themselves look better. HR doesn't really exist, the recruiters are the HR department and they go strictly off what they see on paper and assume employees are lying. Hope they shut down with their horrible management and all the liars in that building.

As others have stated, they DO NOT pay their vendors. If you are speaking to anyone at iVox about providing a service, I would recommend you end discussions. They will never pay you, and if they do they will write you a bad check. If you are attempting to collect payment from them, good luck!

Managment Couldn't care lesw about the people. Amout of calls you take within 10 minutes is crazy. Pay is stable but super strict on breaks and lunches. Written up for 34 SECONDS late. Mainly ghetto workers here, its either give your entire life for this company or your not enough. Highly don't reccoment if yoy dont like inconsistent rules and talking alot

I applied for a part time position did the first interview and was asked to return due to nobody being available for the second interview. I returned two days later and my application was lost. I completed a new application, waited for another interview nobody could be found. I was given a drug screen paperwork and a week later they called and said I had the job . I don t understand how I was just thrown a position without proper screening. The office needs to be realigned, nobody works on one accord. I only wanted part time work that fits with my schedule I decided to decline the position. Hoping this company gets it right one day.

This is the most unorganized and unprofessional company I have ever worked for. Angela from training was great however everything she said to do the people on the floor did the opposite and management allowed it. I feel that there was a false presentation of what the reps could make in incentives. Also, they set the bar so high that the incentive goal is unattainable. This is so unfair to the representatives. I sincerely have no idea how this company is still in business.
