completely useless and incompetent comapny. The work ethics are an absolute disgrace and organisation as well as communication is just not working at all. This company has clearly not understood what it means to work in this business and i can just advise everyone to stay away from them! i have worked in different countries before, with job agencies all around the globe, but i have never seen such a level of incompetency before

But because of the poor communication and yet abuse of power by threatening to work anyway, I felt unappreciated. This annoyance was not only with me but also with the entire team and management. Listening better to feedback is a priority. When we received criticism, we all listened and sought improvement. Listening carefully to the executive staff is very important if problems arise. I am therefore also obliged to give this company 1 star immediately and hard as hell. The explanation is also in an email to you out of respect to you that you can improve. Because with regard to offer, you are perfectly fine. But implementation is not good, for example, administratively it is not orderly with contracts. I actually worked on a tacit contract because both parties should have signed over time. After having contact about this problem I am sure you will improve it too!
