If you are looking for a hospital with genuine and kind people who care about their patients, then you've found the right place. We came in from out of town. We had driven to pick up my mother for better care around family. During that time, my mother started having an additional medical concern that required her to be seen right away in the ER in this hospital. They were fast, efficient, and thorough with everything. She ended up having to stay for awhile, and she kept saying how wonderful her nurses were being to her. I can't say enough good things about this hospital. Call it luck or what have you, but they were wonderful to us and didn't have to be. I am forever grateful to them.

My name is Heather Winn and I want to say I may not have the best history at the hospital however to the ER doctors who tried saving my son's dad in 2017 for an hour I thank you wholeheartedly. My son Carson Herod knows that you guys did everything to try and save his dad Bart Herod. THANK YOU I HOPE YOU ALL STILL WORK THERE AND SEE THIS YOU GUYS ARE TRULY AMAZING If you need CNA's you can bet I will apply I have tons of respect for this hospital because not only did you try saving my son's dad in 2017 but you saved my life in 2009 when I died 3 times. Thank you because of you saving me I now have 4 beautiful children I love with all my heart. I am very BLESSED THANK YOU

Disappointed in Ivinson Memorial not taking my concerns over my privacy seriously when a conflict of interest arose between me and their outsource billing company who is a former employer of mine. Additionally, I requested the outsource billing company & Ivinson work with my attorney to resolve the issue and the matter took two years to resolve. No one ever contacted my attorney despite my requests and my final conversation with patient services was humiliating and unpleasant. I did not come close to receiving world class service.

I really don't like this hospital cause I had overian cysts they didn't do anything but give me birth control pills I had to switch doctors and finally got the operation I needed I went into there today for Lithium toxity and they said I had fever and chills after running a bunch of tests and the nurse Xena Xena the one that did my Iv was terrible I wish we had a different hospital rude as can be

Two weeks after the order still no appointment. 4 voice mails later, get an appointment for testing. Appointment cancelled becase provider is unavailable. Rescheduled. Show up and no instructions were given other than to show up. Was not supposed to take a med that was taken. Testing reschedule for another week out. Need actual care and results, go some.place else.

Great staff easy to talk to. Got in fast and they work with payment plans for those without insurance! Wouldn t be more satisfied and relieved to be seen by their doctors.

I recently had a beautiful, baby boy. The nurses and doctors were helpful every step of the way: from the very beginning of pregnancy to labor and postpartum. Dr Liz Rowe and Dr Ewell were amazing. They got me through the rough situations and took extra time to talk and explain everything to me when I had questions. They were genuinely caring as well as the nurses in the practice. I am thankful that I had such a terrific team to get me through labor and delivery!

Dr. Ewell was a amazing during my delivery. The nursing staff was very helpful and made my experience the best. Dr. Rowe was super helpful during my yearly appointment. She made sure to make sure I was comfortable and informed during my entire process.
My one complaint is the billing system really needs work. It seemed like the staff didn't really understand their own system.

Worst expererience as a work place , the gossiping ,back biting and dirty politics are beyond the level of comfort! The cafeteria/kitchen boss is more concerened about talking about her personal issues than managing her rsa's and kitchen staff, this place is rascist ,run on favortism and bigots, do yourself a favor and find employment elsewhere

I am so happy I found this hospital today! I am driving cross country to move and South of Laramie I started getting severe pains on my lower right side, which I was pretty sure were kidney stones, which I had had before. Maybe I am used to big city hospitals and long waits, but they took me right in. If you know anything about kidney stone pain, it leaves you in severe pain. I had the most wonderful care from Richard and Sammy who took great care of me, and I was out of there in about 4 hours and back I the road! Just got to spot I am spending the night, and wanted to thank the hospital again.
