Bought a Slime tire pressure gauge several years ago. It began to be way off in it's reading. I called customer service & was told it was out of warranty. Pam ( customer service rep) then went to see if she could find one there. She found one & said she would send it to me. Now that's what I call GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Re: ITW's Rain-X products. I didn't need the products or even want them, but since they offered a rebate on their 3 products that would bring my cost for them to just the taxes, I decided to try them and I bought them. When I applied for the rebate, they denied 2/3 of my expense, "due to the high volume of submissions already received so early in the promotion." I feel cheated and, of course, I will NEVER, EVER buy a Rain-X or ITW product in the future.

I really don t care if it leaks because
This the best all-around glass cleaner and Glass Water Repellents money can buy. It's a 10 in all the major categories: price-point, ease of use, availability, and cleaning power. I've used a number of the more popular products and this one is the best. As with all glass cleaning, it's best two do your cleaning on the car and at home.When someone needs a glass cleaner Strongly recommend rain X on every thing.
I apply it on every car we have. Because when you drive in the rain it s visible and sometimes I don t need to use my wipers.I have used all products And even the fast wax is the best in the market
I wish, I could talk to marketing team and use them on our videos and on our high end cars we collect. Better yet big semi trucks should know about rain X
