The technician that came to repair my Vizio 75" was very good communicating his availability, accommodating, knowledgeable, polite, on time, explained the process and what to expect. If that wasn't enough he was also in and out in less than 30 minutes and the TV has worked flawlessly in three more than 3 weeks since. Considering this was a $450 steal of a deal from a Wal Mart Open Box, missing remote, feet, power cord, owners manual and everything else but the actual TV, they Wal Mart"checked out" and rated as A+working, THAT DIDN'T, I would have to say that my expectations were not in a good place. However, those low expectations were blown away by this repair services top notch assistance, that I will seek them out if and or refer them to anyone needing this type of repair. However, I also repair TV's and this was a warranty job so, I let them do it but, kudos to then because I now know who set the bar and the effort it will take to equal their services. Excellent job and if I can't fix it, I know who to call.
