if you are looking for a small truck with good dealer/ manufacturer back up stay well clear. being a small business we wanted great vehicles with great back up which we thought Isuzu would offer and have since purchased 6 trucks. WRONG at 50,000 k one of our fleet now has an injector issue....3 weeks on they are still trying to prove its not there fault even though its always had very expensive factory servicing with genuine filters. Who can afford 3 weeks without a truck. Very DISAPPOINTING

Stay far away from Isuzu. When you have an issue with their dealership there is no one to talk to, no one who cares and the only correspondence is by email. You then have a staff member who does not understand your concern but tries to cover up their shonky dealership namely Isuzu Essendon. SHAME ON YOU ISUZU you are a Micky Mouse organisation with no clue BE WARNED no customer service or support.
