I read these complaints. But to my surprise, nobody realizes what this company is doing. They only concern the meters that are located in your home. If you think that there are too high readings, the chance is nil that this is due to this meter. If the meter would not work properly, it should have consumption every day and if this is extremely high, Ista itself takes action to report this and possibly replace / check the meter. They cannot explain the consumption, this still has to do with your heating behavior or your tenant. Meters cannot be fraudulent from within the company. If that were, it would have to be a multimillion-dollar company. So first make sure that all radiators are off when you leave or sleep, and that they are not on the '' snowflake / star '' position. If this is the case, switch on the radiator if you are not aware of it when cold air comes past the radiator. The meter is simply very accurate and measures every little bit of heat that passes through the radiator. Ista is not a supplier (some still want to be mistaken about this).
Never had any problems with Ista, if you study the operation of the meters, you could experience this yourself. Read the brochures on the website for all information.
