Great place to visit. High level service, clean rooms. The dishes in restaurants are delicious. We will visit this place in future for sure. Best 5 star hotel in Eilat.

Very nice and relaxing experience. Nice rooms, swimming pool and beach. OK breakfast. Some isuue need to be fixed: No towels in the gym, no soy milk at breakfast coffee bar, broken lamp at the room etc. Over all we had great time.

Lovely hotel. We had a beautiful room - recently renovated. Breakfast is excellent (can get a bit busy), staff were lovely and it's location is excellent. A few things in the public spaces need to be refreshed.

Incredibly poor experience for families with small kids.

Then when we arrived, they insisted that our friend who was breast feeding her baby, that she move her car offsite immediately, because there was no parking available.

Also, when you book the family room in the attached picture, and call to confirm with the front desk, talk with them two additional times, it s still not guaranteed that you ll actually get that room. When I explained my frustration, the manager just said there was an error on the website, we have no other rooms, so take the room or find another hotel.

We stayed here two years ago and had a great experience but something has happened since then and it is now a poorly run operation.

Save your money and take your kids to a bnb like we wish we had.

We stayed in the Royal beach Hotel in Eilat for 3 nights.

All of the staff we encountered was very friendly and helpful.

Our room was big and spacious and the view over the ocean was spectacular! The room even had a balcony overlooking the beach and the promenade.

Unfortunately our room was not as clean as is was supposed to be upon our arrival (even if there wouldn't be a pandemic). The guest manager apologized and offered us a free meal and made sure that our room was cleaned properly.

The pool area is beautiful but it was really crowded and the pool was freezing cold. The area above the pool was less crowded and much more relaxing. The is a staircase leading down to the beach (which was regrettably locked and we had to get fully dressed and walk through the hotel to get to the beach).

The pool restaurant is (just like the name suggests) right next to the pool. Unfortunately that means that there is a lingering smell of frying food near the restaurant/ when you are swimming in the pool.

The proximity of the promenade (right underneath most of the rooms) has it ups and downs. You get everything you could possibly need. If you want to do shopping, if you need a pharmacy or of you want to eat something you wil surely find something suitable close by. However it also means that the hotel surroundings are quite noisy. In the morning you can hear the delivery trucks and the machines cleaning the streets.

Generally I think it s one of the best 5 hotels in Israel.

The place is beautifully maintained, the service is good.
I think the staff are super nice kind specially at the dining room.
The food is amazing although I m not a fan of big breakfasts but there is extended selection of choices.

The pool area as you can see at the photos is very clean and attractive. There are 3 pool areas which 2 is them connected with cave - super beautiful, and 1 pool for children.

The place has a body shop, like in other Isrotel hotels. I use to buy them all the time - the body cream is very good and every hotel has it s own unique smells. One more thing I use is theirs fragrance distributors- highly recommended and they are a little bit expensive but they with the money. Makes every home smells like vacation ;)

The kids had a great time. The rooms and breakfast is ok.

Isrotel is the best hotel chain in Israel and Royal Beach Eilat - is the best hotel of the chain. Great service, renovated rooms, very good food, well equipped beach area next to the hotel. But most important point - a very friendly and helpful staff. We stay here every summer and can recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a great vacation in Eilat.
