Isle Casino Hotel Review

Fantastic treated like a king won good money and had my room comp !!!!

It was great the dinner was amazing the rooms are comfortable and the pool is never crowded witch is awesomd the the whirl pool bathtub in the room is the best ever to do this hotel

It pretty sad you go in here and in 5 mins you lose 80 or more dollars I will never go back here ever again, brews brother's pizza sucked waste of 14.00

Awesome place to visit. The have parking for tractor trailers. Table gaming is great. Bar is great. Burgers are great.

The resturant was horrible! my family and i waited at the table for almost 20 before our server came to get our drink order. there were only 3 tables occupied and multiple servers. our table waa pretty much ignored and at $20 average per person for our lunch i expected much better service!

The only issue I had was I had to contact the front desk and request bath towels.. there were 4 hand towels and 4 wash clothes yet no bath.. not really an issue more of a "Really no bath towels!" moment not a big deal. Room service brought up 4 bath towels within 5 minutes.. so overall very nice.

I always enjoy staying at this hotel. The rooms are large and well kept. Staff is always professional.

Piff. Better off mailing them a twenty when I get the urge.

Had lunch with the family at the buffet. It had a good variety of food (salad bar, breakfast, pizzas, grill and bbq items). There was also a desert and ice cream bar that the kids enjoyed.

Wonderful meal at the Farmers buffet and we had a nice time celebrating our Mother's 84th birthday.

Went at 7:50 pm on a Sunday to eat at the buffet and gamble. Didnt realize the buffet closed at 8. The buffet staff was nice when informing me that it closed in 10 minutes, mentioned there other on site restaurant, but I wasn't interested. So I passed on the grub. Went into the gambling floor, had to get a player's card replacement, that exchange was quick. Went on to gamble, was there for around an hour and a half walked away +$7. It was a good night. Would love if this place eventually had a sportsbook.

Nice hotel but they use cheap items on certain things. For intact beautiful bathroom horrible shower head. Nice bed...very hard sheets. And there is a weird vent in the bathroon

Hard to win there. Nothing going on like it used to be. Entertainment is gone. Do not gamble very much like I used too.

Went in for breakfast on a weekday. It's got all you need for breakfast. Loved my omelette. They'll make it for ya. It's hard to find a place with grits the the right consistency but they had it down. After I ate breakfast I was on my laptop for an hour or two and she still came by and asked if I needed a coffee or anything.

This place is awesome! They take care of their players! It was our anniversary and we were trying to get a room but all they had was a suite, they upgraded us for free, comped us drinks and food for free. Never dealt with such nice people!

Slots are hard to win on. It was literally like throwing away money. Casino floor isn't very accessible with wheelchairs

Rooms were nice staff was very friendly. Buffet was decent and so was casino floor.

I really like the rooms. They offered a lot of amenities. Customer service was great as well. I enjoyed the lone wolf restaurant within the hotel / casino. I wish that it was not winter time so I could have took my family to the waterpark. Maybe next year!

Room was very nice and the bed was comfy. Shower was huge and very nice! Plus there is a casino just outside the door and down the elevators which never hurts.

Worst Casino you'll ever go too. No table games, house rigs them all, you lose everyrhing. Really, don't go to this trash place.

Truck driver here. Great place to park when all the other places are full. Casino is clean, people are friendly. Coffee/dessert shop is fabulous. Same as the lower level restaurant. Never been to restaurants on second floor. The buffet is... I must have been there on an off night, because the best thing on the buffet was the salad bar and dessert section. Slot machines are pretty stingy.

Searched online for the best price. The hotel had the best price. To save time I went directly to the hotel to book the room. The front desk said they could not book the room with the online price. I asked if they could separate the resort fee and the young man at the desk asked his supervisor and they said I could. Walked away, booked my room, came back to the front desk and the young man was alone. Started the process of getting the room and I asked if he could separate the fee. He said, "I'm new here and I'm not sure I can do that." I said, "I confirmed with you just a min ago." He said, "I'll need to talk to my supervisor." The young man picked up the radio and said, "This dude wants to know if we can separate the resort fee, can anyone help?" This "dude." This young man needs some customer service training. lol. Either way, the fee was separated at checkout and all is good. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. Enjoyed the walk-in shower as well. I'll stay here again.

Very clean, workers are very polite, many things to do than just gamble. most definitely will go back.

I like the hotel and casino, but as a general rule, I can't give a rating over 3 stars for any hotel with water pressure this bad. It needs to be fixed before I'll stay there again.

Staff friendly and prompt in care of hotel. Although clientele can be less then friendly, staff always courteous.

We went to celebrate our Anniversary here a couple of years ago. We got a great room, front desk was fast and friendly. we went back several times for awhile we never had a bad experience. The reason I gave 3 out 5 is we have to drive over 2 hrs top get there and since new ownership the perks suck. If it had better perks it would get 5. Perks I miss is getting cheaper prices being rewarded with gifts and prizes.

I want to the breakfast buffet with my football team and the food was good

We ate at the buffet. The food was very fresh and very good. Service was fantastic. I recommend it to anyone.

Great place for a pitstop on the way to Minnesota. Food, entertainment, and rooms are all good for the price. Buffet could be cheaper and more hours.

Payout is NOT the greatest. Hard to stay ahead. Food is good, atmosphere is good. I rarely come out here anymore, because it becomes too expensive and comps/rewards aren't that good. Go to Meskwaki, WAY BETTER comps and rewards! And you'll stay at least an hour even on bad days (just bringing $50) I lost $100 in 30 min at isle of capri in Waterloo. That is BAD! Bettendorf has better payout.

Lots of different activities and all the staff are friendly.

I attended a family Christmas here. We had the presidential suite and several rooms on a different floor. The suite was enough room to hold 12 adults and 11 children. The kids were able to swim downstairs and watch movies in the room. Unfortunately it was snowing and they decided to close down the buffet where we were going to eat so we had to order from the other restraunt downstairs. The food was edible but not quite like the lovely buffet we had planned on. As usual the Isle was clean and up to date. I have always had great experiences staying here however, I would not recommend this for other family functions.

Played roulette...saturday night busy table. The dealer was in a terrible mood and didnt realize she was there to be a dealer...

Very nice buffet and casino! Lot's of slots to choose from and many table games.

Great rooms....loved our jacuzzi tub. Clean and friendly staff. Kids had a blast at the pool and feeding the fish. Casino was great also....came out ahead!

The rooms are spacious as well as the walk in shower and bathroom area. An added plus are the readily available usb outlets on the desk as well as beside the bed for charging.

Having stayed several times I ve never been disappointed with any of the rooms.

I do think that they could upgrade to a better quality mattress .

I had the best meal ever Sat.alot of fun on the slots.
