Uncomfortable beds, very fatty bacon and room required maintenance. Broken drawer, no tv remote. Friendly staff, otherwise clean. No lift available.

Great hotel, good location and friendly staff. Breakfast was sensible and worth the price prepaid. Watch the parking conditions.

Clean rooms, engaging and friendly staff. Location is great as only 20 minutes from the centre of Cambridge but easy access to the motorway

The only drawback is the lack of refrigerator in the rooms. Its clean and tidy.

It was very busy. We were in s motorhome and I was very impressed with the parking layout. Caravanners and motorhomes were much better catered for than in most services.

Spacious rooms, in the commercial center (of restoration only). Interesting to visit cambridge, but with car, because it is about 25 mins (by car). Good value for money, good hospitality. Satisfactory in general.

Surprisingly quiet. Everything worked in the room. Breakfast was standard fayre, but still tasty. Quite surprised as a last-minute alternative to a more favoured hotel,and closer to where i needed to be. Services area is next door, but a short drive takes you to some wonderful local pubs!

One of filthiest place I've stayed. The carpet had dirt marks and smelt, the bathroom had hairs in the tub, the little trainee at reception bluntly told us he was busy and we had to wait to get these issues sorted out. The Manager was very helpful, changed our room and made sure we were taken care of.

The WiFi just never works, but as we found out, most WiFi around the area was pretty slow, so that might not have been their fault

Reasonably priced room. Clean, quiet. God awful food.
At the time we stayed (6/2019) it was about the most difficult place to get to in all of England. Motorway repairs closed the exits. Oh, and be careful of those noisy rabbits out back chomping on grass all night.

Plenty of parking, need to make sure to register registration. Greeted as walked into the hotel, room was fairly clean, tea and coffee amenities, restaurant is separate but good portions and good food. Had no trouble with the hotel. Only reason not 5 stars is the net curtain was hanging off, bit of head board broken and parts and drawers dusty. Affordable hotel.

It's an OK place. No noise from car park, seemed quiet enough, beds were comfortable (loads of beds, crammed in, see photos!) all good really. Services right outside, Shell garage, KFC etc, all good.

For the price, good value. Would use again. On site facilities are good, pleasant service. Rooms clean, sizeable, free WiFi. Related services marks and spencers etc are many so plenty alternatives for food etc.

A route hotel, just for an emergency. Large room, essential services, no minifridge. It has uncovered parking

Use this hotel on a regular basis for work, clean comfortable and friendly staff, will be so much better when the A14 is finished

Really bug room even though we were a family of four. Clean and well maintained I really liked the shower cubicle with the seat. Very good standard of breakfast, better than some 4* places! Very friendly staff and efficient booking in and out. Good parking.

Please be aware that this hotel is at a services on the A14. It is busy and can be noisy. That said I had no complaints about the room, clean and functional. Nice shower which was big enough for two ;-)

Very reasonable rooms for price, convenient location just off the A14, good quality food.

Great hotel outside of Cambridge. A car is a must. Room was surprisingly comfortable and well equipped. There is a petrol station next door if you need anything over night.

Typical hotel in a shopping center. Slightly away from the city but still convenient and comfortable.

Friendly staff. Nice and clean beds, shower etc. Stay here up to 12 times a year with work and the rooms are all of the same good quality. Would like some better WiFi, but is OK for checking emails

Thought the price was reasonable, however I soon discovered you get what you pay for.

First off, the hotel was a little hard to find, not very well sign posted.

Staff were a little rude.

Noisy air conditioning.

Not all that close to Cambridge, had to catch a park and ride bus, and that took 15 minutes to get to, and then adding the journey into Cambridge itself took another 12 minutes.

Slow internet, at times, kept dropping out.

Ok for a night's stay, if needed, but would look elsewhere if you are planning on staying longer

Room was spacious and clean tho rather warm. The bed was comfortable and large! Loved the hidden features like the luggage rest, very good idea and uses less space. We didn't eat at the hotel so can not comment on the food. Staff were kind, friendly and helpful.

Average hotel. Rooms are looking tired. Convenient location with 24 hour services next door.

Hotel is looking a bit tired. Rooms are sizeable and very comfortable. Housekeeping is not too great. Staff are lovely, very courteous and helpful. Breakfast was good.

So far, Reception greet room standard restaurant food and service excellent. Only negative is no restaurant dinner service on Sunday

room was clean and well proportioned. breakfast was limited. majority of the staff were ignorant, apart from the lady at the front desk who dealt with our checking in and Sam who provided information on the local area and offered to resolve problems regarding breakfast. this was our first time in Ramada hotel/motel and I would reserve judgement until I have tried another of their hotels. hence, in fairness, i am unable to recommend or dissmiss.

Easy parking, helpful friendly attentive staff, clean comfortable room, really good food. What's not to like?

The location is very easy to find, all the staff are very welcoming, friendly & helpful without being to invasive. Very little noise in the hotel & bed was really comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

Pubes in shower and undercooked meat at breakfast. Comfy beds though

Lovely hotel, cant seem to fault it. We was welcomed by a lovely member of staff. They were very helpful and told us all the information we needed to know. We got directions to our room. Our room was beautiful, well decorated no marks anywhere. It was so clean and we loved the shower. The room was big and the bed was so comfy. We would recommend this to anyone defiantly worth the price. Right next door to a shopping centre with loads of restaurants. Easy to find and great parking. Staff are defiantly the most nicest we have ever met. This is the best hotel we have ever stayed in.

We checked in on Friday 21st August. Reception staff extremely helpful and friendly. Both Ollie and Aaron worked very hard. The food was amazing. Well presented and tasty. Room was as expected clean and comfortable. Showers piping hot. Couldn't fault our stay. Thank you.

Excellent value rooms, very well presented and maintained. Food was not very appetising but obligingly served.

Good room sizes and presentation. Had breakfast included in the room booking but was charged for this which was not ideal.

Motorway services hotel. Good value and clean hotel rooms. Great for night if away on business, services good for assorted fast food next door.

The location of the ramada Cambridge is perfect not to far from St ives cambridge both places we were visiting so fairly central location to both places Staff were welcoming and polite someone is on the desk 24hrs and were happy to help Room was nice enough with a comfy bed plenty of storage room/wardrobes space for two people with a kettle and coffee and tea making facilities shower was pleasant and spacious shower gel ect was supplied We had breakfast in the dining room which was nice and plentiful overall our stay was pleasant and the atmosphere in the hotel made us feel welcomed

Everything is fine so far. I just checked in. The room is good standard, the bed I can only judge tomorrow. Price / performance ratio seems to fit. Parking and Wi-Fi for free. The gentleman at the reception was very nice. If something does not fit, I'll correct the review.
Update: the bed is very soft, but I sleep well in it. Unfortunately it is cold in the room. The air conditioning does not heat. According to the receptionist she is in "summer mode", but at night she has 8-9 degrees and 16-18 degrees. Too cold! On the 2nd day at 6:00 am got up for a meeting and looked forward to a warm shower. Bad luck, no hot water. That is not how it works!!!
Thus corrected to 3 stars.

Nice, basic room... not huge, twin bed, but comfortable. Location is not close to many places, but being at a rest stop on the highway, there are several food options in the plaza next door. The hotel has a restaurant, but it's nothing to write home about... and is more expensive. The rest stop plaza has numerous options that are faster and less expensive. The hotel staff are courteous, but not very fast so pack your patience

Nice Hotel, we stayed only one nicht. The room was clean and comfy so nothing to complain for the price. Definetly recommended

It was clean, simple to get to and exactly what you expect for the price.

Old and tired hotel. Very basic rooms. Unfortunately we had a room next to some Asian tourists who got up at 6am and yelled at eachother. Walls are very thin. Lots of roadworks make it hard to get to and hard to find. Not up to Ramadas usual standard.

Nice place to stay if you don't mind all the lorry and car engines going off every 2 minutes staff are great

Rooms were comfortable and it's close to the highway. Great stopover point for refreshments

Blood on my bed sheets and had to get new key card after couple of days as key card wouldn't work

Nice place to stay for a few nights with a quite friendly staff and very clean rooms.

breakfast was terrible, rooms need big improvements especially the beds very noisy springs need to be updated only good thing I can say it's close to many food takeaways. when trying to sleep it's hard because the cleaner is not good with the Hoover hitting every skirting board hard so it wakes you up and contractors aren't even that good when they are outside your room fixing something. it's cheap for a reason

Our experience was very poor, the bathroom was filthy, and after asking for it to be cleaned again still smelled of urine. Nusience guests slammed doors and screamed all night and the breakfast room smelled of rotten milk!
