I have lived in the Arbutus area for years I haven t experienced such amazing customer service in a manor that I received at beltway international and buying parts from Tommy Walls. It was a good feeling knowing I could in trust them and Tommy personally with this kind of thing. I recommend this company to anyone who is in need of a good honest person. This has been the worst experience ever. I may never buy an International ever again if this is how their dealers treat you. Lied to me from the day I had my truck towed in untill I had it towed out over a month and a $15000 bill later. Words of advise unless your rich with time on you hand please find another shop because this one is not worth it. And charged me $1000 just to see what was wrong with it. A total rip off.

Make sure to ask them if their will be any additional charges when you pickup your parts. I was charged an additional $42.86 when I returned to pickup my order. They said they didn't say there would be a charge because "they didn't know how much the charge would be" but they do charge before placing your order.

called yesterday spoke to Brandon. asked to check availability on some items I wanted to purchase once I started to read my list to him. I was told to just coming. I explained to him ill be driving a hour and 30 mins please check that you will have it all in stock. just come in we will hook you. so I show up today 8 out of the 19 item I needed was not in stock. Waste of time...
A little behind on the review been very busy trucking lately anyway. I found a truck JP had advertised on truck paper gave him a call that morning told him I wanted to come over and check it out. I reside in Illinois there HQ in Maryland so it was no easy task but JP kindly held the truck for me so I didn t drive all the way there then someone buy it and say sorry about you luck it s gone. They even said if you end up not liking it they would give the whole deposit amount back for the truck and no hard feelings. He kept me up to date every step of the way took a lot of the nervousness out of the whole start to finish. If I had a question he couldn t answer. He would go out of his way to find it for you. If I had a question about something he couldn t answer he d drag a mechanic out the back door to look at it with me. Sorry this post didn t get to better use by helping you win. Your prolly running the place by now anyway.. take care. Love the truck had a few things here and there iv fixed along the way but that s to be expected when buying a 99 a beautiful 99 that is.
Whenever I have a hard time finding a part or have question, I have turned to Danny Breach for solutions. He s very knowledgeable at what he does and has taken care of me when he is on his own time. Rare to find employees that work to such high standards.

Let's just start off with Amazing customer service from sales to actual service! We have been working on replacing our Fleet for a few years now. I was new to this side of the business at the time so we spoke to a few manufacturers and the sales team at Beltway Companies were the most knowledgeable and most willing to help us through the process. We started off with two purchases as sort of a test and haven't looked back. They offer a quality product with competitive rates. They are very quick to offer any service we ask of them. Our sales rep Sam is a consummate professional. Sam has been an angel on my shoulder from day one and we will continue to conduct business with him and Beltway Companies.
