Do not get any grub hub orders from here. I ordered 3 times and each time something was wrong. I figured I'd give them one more shot and this order is again messed up. Wrong bread on sandwich, wrong size broccoli salad which might as well not even be broccoli salad with 3 pieces in it and no pickle. Very frustrating I paid $39.00 and all I can eat is the pickle salad and chips and I am starving. Never again

My son and I went to Isaac's for my birthday dinner. We were there for almost two hours. They didn't have the main ingredient for the sandwich I ordered and had to have it replaced. The waitress barely came around and we had to go searching for her so we could pay our bill. This place changed a lot since the last time I visited. It was better before.

The food is what I would expect from Isaac's. Fantastic. The service and atmosphere, not so much. Usually the first thing they do is bring you a dish of those awesome pickles! We had to ask for them after being served the apps and soup. Maybe the waitress is new. I dunno. College just started back up, it's possible. However, I had to use the bathroom and almost lost my appetite holding my breath from the stench of piss. I worried for a second I wouldn't get out of the bathroom because my feet were sticking to the floor so bad. Overall the front of the house was just like someone gave up. There's soda or something on the divider beside me and all of the plants are dying. Disappointed in the speed of service too. Just not what I expect when coming to Isaac's.

I was excited to get the "rose of Sharon" sandwich to go and when I opened it I found out that the mushroom is raw. People are not supposed to eat raw mushrooms. I wasted $10 and am very disappointed.

The food is good but their prices are I feel expensive especially for serving size. Isaacs started many yrs ago making sandwiches smaller plus increasing price n felt very deceptive. The 2 meal for like $20 wasn't bad with soup n sandwich but I could get more food and better food at TGI Friday specials like this. If your downtown n want something a bit faster than the regular restaurants in area n don't care what you pay then this is a good choice but even downtown there are tons of smaller restaurants I feel you will get more food for the price you'd pay for one person. I was there for a meeting with a volunteer organization so the person I was meeting with the director of the organization was on a very limited money budget so she could not afford even a sandwich here so the director did buy her meal so she wasn't stuck there not being able to eat so if lower income then this isn't a place you can afford to really eat at in my opinion. The staff was friendly and what we got to eat was good, no one else was in restaurant at 3 to 430 pm while we were there. So I thought that was possibly because of their prices and location

Great service, friendly servers, etc., helping with menu choices. Food is fresh and delicious. I asked about soups and received a sample. Had a question about ingredients and was given a list of ingredients. Great experience. I'll definitely go back

Food was good, it is a sandwich shop with booze. And the sandwiches are kind of expensive. The dessert was delicious. I had carrot cake. So know what to expect: for two people, sandwiches, drink and dessert you will spend like $50. So keep that in mind.

Being only moderately busy, I had to wait to be seated. Once seated, the wait to order was even longer still. I nearly walked out.
Once someone arrived, I was about to tell her what drink I wanted, and she cut in with a list of soups I was not interested in.
After taking the drink order, she disappeared for several more minutes. Then, someone completely different showed up to take my order.
Another (this time expected) wait. I ordered the jalapeno poppers, and "firey" chicken wrap. The poppers were ok (the cream cheese ones were the better of the two).
The wrap had a little "fire" to it but was tasty nonetheless.
They were out of fries by 4:30 PM, so a small bag of chips was subbed.
The excuse given for the slowness of things was that they were trying new staff.
The final delay was in bringing the bill.
This is not typical of their other locations from my experience.

I think they have great food here and it is a good place to grab a bite, but I would recommend some of the other local places. They would accommodate large groups of people well though if you need a place for that!

The staff was super friendly, but the sandwiches are a little on the small side for a deli, but it may be that I'm used to stuff from New York City. I'd say the ruben I had was smaller than 6-inch from Subway, but about double the cost. Still, it was better than Subways, so there's that.

They have some decent dietary options, too. But if you're expecting a classic deli experience, this is a little on the "Silver Diner side," if that make sense.

This place was incredible! The food was delicious and the prices aren't that crazy either. I tried their tomato soup and it was phenomenal! Their sandwiches all have cool names and taste great as well! Definitely a good place to stop!

I like this location a lot because it's convenient to my office. But it's more than that. The staff is super. They are always friendly and attentive, even if you're just picking up a take-out order. And they always go the extra mile to make your dining experience as pleasant as possible.

The food is standard Isaac's fare, but it's always good, and prepared well. I have not had an issue with the food in all the years I've been going to this location.

Also, it's conveniently located near Penn Square and the Convention Center. There's plenty of nearby parking too. It's a great spot for taking a break from exploring Lancaster.

Location and staff are great, but the prices for what are basically heated lunch meat sandwiches are atrocious. Wouldn't go here if it were not one of the few places that has gluten free bread available.

Slow service. Seem very disorganized. Food was good, expensive for what you get, but good, but not all food served at the same time. Really not worth the money. Kids meals don't include drink (2.29)! Yikes!

Good soup and sandwiches. I enjoy the pickle mix you get with your table but the food is expensive for what it is. $10 for a cup of soup, half a sandwich and a dinky bag of chips plus an extra $2.50 for a mug of strawberry lemonade! Then for dessert I tried what sounded like a good dessert - caramel brownie cheese cake. It was a stingy piece for $6 and was very heavy. Just average and not worth the price.

Mostly good service. Stop in when in in town for business and hood service and people. Last time I went though they messed up my order and my Sandwhich felt like it wasent even cooked or had any of the right tipping on it.

When we go to a local convention my friends and I eat almost every meal here. We love their fun sandwich options and we're obsessed with their tomato soup. Even with the craziness of the event the staff is always patient and kind and the wait is never too long.
