Thank You for your free wifi! I would've been completely lost without it!
Friendly staff, easy to navigate and clean. Buses are nearby as well.
It was a great time to get the best way to the Ireland
Very well run, quick to get though security and they have a couple of nice restaurants to relax before your flight. Only issue is lack of public transport to the airport.
Not a great arrivals experience for non eu citizens. The line is unreasonably long compared to other busier airports in Europe. Seems like they could care less.
Really disappointed when I arrived to Ireland during the pandemic my temperature wasn't checked, people who where coughing where allowed in with no questions asked. The locator form was a joke the copies whare mediocre. Really disappointing irelands
Everything was slow from rental return to bag check to security and boarding.
Pure is said to be far too slow, far too old, terrible employees
I m sorry telling this, but you really should consider to replace whole services management members. I have never seen this kind of mess and absolute disorder with toilets. I m 100% sure those toilets doesn t complying with EU and West Europe standards. Totally horrifying experience.
Virtually empty! How strange when compared to other times there? Good to be home!
The most sad airport after 21.30, everything (except toilets) closed.
But before that, nice shops and prices.
T1 is quite old, and there's a lot to walk to get to the gates. Still missing a luggage - wrapping service.
Waited over a hour after getting of a delayed flight for our luggage. A lot of pissed of people. It was 2 am Sunday morning but still no excuse
We travel by plane between Arlanda, Stockholm & Dublin whenever we go on vacation or to visit relatives in South East Ireland. Our latest visit was last May 2019, for 2 1/2 weeks vacation in County Wexford. Dublin Airport is well organized More
Used to be great. Now delays and long queues. Somehow worse than LHR...
The blonde hair rynair ticket desk assistant at around 5:20-5:40am on 15 Oct 2019 was impolite and loved talking too much with her colleague. I wonder if she is working or having child-play at the airport.
Small and cozy airport, plenty of food and drink occasions and shops
Large enough airport. Seats for passengers awaiting their flight are clearly not enough. Long transitions from one end to the other for landing are possible. Closely monitor the receipt of all necessary visa stamps for your passport, especially when departing from Dublin to the UK and vice versa.
I arrived here for a two hour wait for a connection flight to Heathrow. The tie was 6am and it felt as if the airport was closed, there were little to no lighting in the vicinity, absolutely no heat! in a Nov weather and no one to give you a sense of direction on where to go and lastly the wifi speed was terrible!!!!!
Good airport, simple but good. Toilets are kinda clean, restaurants are as expected (nice burger king! ). Lots of shops to visit if your plane gets delayed (like me) or you have extra time.
Thanks for the visit.
Good airport, with good facilities and indoor facilities. Like all modern airports you may have to walk a lot if your boarding gate is not nearby. For me the highlight is that right after passing the security check there are available packs of water bottles of half a liter with the marked price of 1 euro but there is no copper so you can leave the amount you want or even not leave nothing Personally I think that the initiative should be extended to all airports in the world and well deserves the euro that you suggest to continue.
An airport with a small and minimal impression.
It's better than useless than wide.
Points are high because staff and shop staff are kind and friendly.
Nice and quiet place. No rush, no queues at the security. And on time departure!
Great Airport so easy to walk about clean and tidy.
The most horrible airport I be ever seen and I travel a lot (once a month). The security queu wait is 30 min at any time of the day their scanner is always bugging. I remember this time every single item had to be scanned twice.
The only advantage is the integrated usa custom.
Good food and drink Customs from America was here so in America no longer needed to go through American Customs, it saves at least 2 hours so that is a big advantage to travel to America via Dublin
The airport seen from outside looks like a spaceship.
It is not very complicated to handle if by the facilities.
A fairly reasonable size to get around.
The entry lines are always very long at customs. That could improve it.
Dublin airport capital of Ireland.

Departures was ok. The exit from terminal one was a horrible experience, it was decrepit, and dirty. A third world introduction to Ireland. Heads should roll. Pictures of Prague, Chech Republic.
Another airport. Not too bad. Bit of a building site though. Decent duty free. Food shop a bit average past security.
It's ok, some good shops in both terminal 1 and 2 but I prefer terminal 2 for it has a wider range
Great airport with great staff. The US precleanrance here gives such an amazing convenience boost when flying into the USA that you might as well connect here !
One of the worst airports I' ve ever been. And I have travelled a lot. No organisation at the security control. We were standing over there to take our things more than 25 mins with a lot people around us. So, in case I had to catch my flight I would stay there waiting for my suitcase. The staff was extremely rude and didn't explain to us anything at all. They are working there just for giving orders to the passengers. That's their job!! Unacceptable and sad for such a beautiful city with so polite people...
Very quiet. Staff polite. Great value in shops for cosmetics.
Great airport - unlimited wifi and a good selection of food options after security.
Overcrowded, or too small. Come 90 min at least, 60 min is not enough. Not good airport
I would avoid this airport like the Bubonic plague. Here is the reason why: we were travelling from Dar-es-salaam to Toronto. Etihad is the worst airline to travel as the layovers are horendously long. The Aer Lingus system was down we did not get our Dublin-Toronto boarding passes in Dar-es-Salaam. The queue to get boarding passes at Dublin airport was exceedingly long and slow - There was only one lady serving the mile long boarding pass queue. After we got our boarding pass, a staff asked us to bypass the long queue of people that came in a flight way after ours (the staff was making things right ). However, the immigration officer (Kiosk # 7) was very rude as to why we were bypassIng the queue. Why did they have to stamp the passport - I did not ask to enter the country. I was
still inside the airport and had not gone out. I don t understand why I have to go through immigration and get my passport stamped when I am in transit.
Lessons learned:
Avoid more than one stopover.
Avoid Etihad (long layover)
Avoid Dublin airport and Aer Lingus (Rude immigration staff, don t understand why the passport needs to get stamped, Inoperational systems, long queue to get boarding pass)
Easily read airport with free Wi-Fi and very close proximity to public transportation. Can't say anything about overnight stays as never tried it here though.
Had terrible experience in T1 this morning. I've asked 4 different staff near the belt (wearing high vis vests) to help me to lift my suitcase off the belt because I was holding a baby. All 4 of them have refused my request regardless I kept explaining it's literally lift the suitcase off the belt because I can't bend with my baby in my arms but they insisted it's not their job! Especially since there were 2 male staff standing near belt no.4 chatting the whole time while I was stuck there being frustrated and they would not spare 10 seconds from their chat to help. This was the third airport I visited on my trip and the least busy airport but the only airport I struggled to get help! Which is an absolute disgraceful "homecoming present!"
Good mix of shops and cafes / restaurants. There is also a suitable number of seating around for waiting passengers. Security was well organized and the passengers quickly came through.
There is quite a long distance to the holes 101-113 from the main terminal.
Many choices of restaurants, shops, well signposted with Wifi great !!! Congratulations
It is always good to go thru this airport... Almost home for me
Rude and narrow minded security staff!!! Please train them to at least spell the word "
'respect'.
What a shame.
Very good service and good selection of shops and resturants
Free wifi. The boarding pass scanners are old and often don t scan the paper copy. Also, when you get off the car rental shuttle at terminal 1 there is no where to cross the street. Not well thought out. Not enough seats at gate which is ok for me as i stand, but family wanted to sit. Should consider having the water bottle fill up stations.
Terrible airport. Coming from an EU county with a connecting flight, we were directed outside the terminal and had to go through security again. All teriminal seating is uncomfortable after 20 min. Long lines and generally unhelpful and rude staff.
This is a large airport and one that offers a broad choice of destinations. It has the usual look and feel of some other airports, like Manchester and London Heathrow. Access to local buses is very easy, both number 700 and 747 are available directly outside the main terminal.
You have no problems, everything is understandable and simple (provided you know English), and if you really can't handle the airport staff it can guide you.
Customs were really rude/unfriendly. Other than this, the airport gets you to where you would wish to go. The airport itself looks pretty grey and unmodern.
Cool, spacious airport. Still being improved and changed to make passengers more enjoyable.
This airport has been RUINED by US customs! We used to hang out in the shopping/eating area but now are sent directly to a long and laborious prescreening by the US customs downstairs. After that it's either potato chips or candy to eat. (at least they have Guinness on tap). We will avoid this airport on future trips and it used to be our favorite. MAGA!
After all the great people in Ireland, the staff is horibble, takes away all the good expierence, not really wanting to come back... Sorry for that.
Large international airport with good connections to get to your destination quickly after arrival.
This airport often has an extremely long line between the gate and the airplane it seems. It is mostly efficient, quiet, well-run and has enough amenities. Bathrooms were a bit gross and run-down, and I expected more from s hotel airport. They also appear to be strict at customs for certain issues we saw others having.
Huge and chaotic. Disorganization is the watchword.
Overall always had positive experiences here and find it well run in general
