Worst medical ward ever.
My dad has been transferred from sant'eugenio to this squalid hospital. Get your loved ones out of that place if you care about them. He came home all dirty, I doubt we ever cleaned him. Shame and above all be careful because they lie about the conditions of your loved ones.
After a 30-day hospitalization at San Raffaele via della Pisana 235 RM in the respiratory rehabilitation department, if they would have told me to stay another 10 more days, I would not have hesitated. Being in contact with the nurses every day was pleasant, they put a lot of patience and professionalism into it. I thank Elena, Eleonora, Albert, Corina, Alberto, (I apologize to the others I don't remember the names). A praise to all physiotherapists, who follow and monitor your every movement during the rehabilitation exercises. Thanks to Alessia, Francesco, Giulia, Melissa, Italo, Lorenzo, Gianluca, Fabio. A praise to the head nurse Pintean Simona who takes responsibility for all situations. Doctor Sara De Benedetti was of great help, thanks to the speech therapist Cusano Veronica. Thanks to the super O.S. great strong, patient, and nice workers. Sure to have met beautiful people like Annalisa, Paola etc. the latter is a really great woman. And what about the food! Great, great chef. Thanks to the medical staff, all directed by Prof. Cardaci.
The real people to be treated are the doctors in the medical department.
They reduced my mother to a pitiful condition, dirty nails, long beard and above all they told me that he ate but it wasn't true !!!!!! are to be reported take away your family IMMEDIATELY !!!

It is not the first time we try to book a visit with them, last time they made us arrive there to tell us that the machinery was broken, it can happen but at least warn no? However, yesterday we try to write him an email since they are closed on Sundays, to ask for information, they answer us today at 13e10, saying that there was room for two RMs in the Convention from the end of February and in private from the 8th. To which we immediately try to call, not even 10 minutes later, on the phone they answer us annoyed, that the lists are CLOSED !! What the heck happened in 10 minutes? Even if it was true, I don't believe it, instead of replying to the email they could contact us and above all they could also "block" at least one place. Since we talk about important exams and not visits just to do them, assuming they exist. Look around you, look for other hospitals, surely there are people and people here too ... Obviously it said badly to us, but you can't play on people's health like this ...
Worst medical ward I've ever seen.
I had the misfortune of having my father hospitalized and the experience was devastating. The manager with delirium of omnipotence lied about the real situation, at his discharge she could not stand up. In addition, the staff of the structure at the entrance is very irritating, treated as if we were plague victims (I state that it was not covid) if you love your family, let them out of that hell !!!
A family man, hospitalized for covid, kept away from family members ... and then when he goes out you see him with long dirty nails, dirty beard and hair ... but what are the ways? So do you treat patients?
I warmly thank the medical and nursing staff of the Medicine Department for the excellent medical and human assistance received. These are undoubtedly special people who carry out their work with great passion and dedication. Something that goes far beyond the simple sense of duty, beyond the simple professional duty. Undoubtedly, medical intervention provided in this way greatly enriches and speeds up the patient's healing process.

Lying about patient information is a complaint !!! but obviously doctors in this period are heroes !!!! I am ashamed to have departments managed by these people !!
I went to this facility because I had already tried it on the occasion of two gastroscopies and colonoscopies in sedation. On this occasion I did an MRI and found an appointment with the NHS within 10 days. The staff are friendly, patient and knowledgeable. punctual in appointments, better than a private practice. I highly recommend it.
