I am working here since last 4 months, and there are many things I've learned here. The whole recruitment process. Now I came to know how much efforts a recruiter give to place a candidate at desired destination. Good experience. Really a genuine consultancy.

The best thing about the company is its flexible working hours. And also the learning in the initial days is great. The mentors, team leads and the ops head are always ready to help in any problem that a new employee faces.

They really take the time to get to know you and keep you up to date. The recruiters there kept in touch with me past their normal day hours and even on weekends if I needed to contact with them. They are more generous with your pay and benefits vs other recruiters and you won't feel ripped off.

Third class place for job. Manager's behaviour with their junior is like slaves. Not professional behaviour. No manners at all. Harassment, mentally torture, like things happens.
