The quantity I received for a 13$ salad did not even amount to a side salad. This is modern day robbery. Save your $ and go to places nearby like Pi Co who give you a salad for 13$ and can add as many toppings and is 3x the amount.

Loveeeee the Apple Cobb, I've had it about 12 times in the last few weeks. Obsessed with this place. I love how all of their food is sourced locally. The price point is great for the quality too.

Extremely slow. Don t even attempt to get a salad from here if you have a meeting schedule after lunch. My salad (which have no modifications) took over 15 minutes. I checked their assembly line and they weigh the ingredients.

Got a pizza slice from the store nearby and since this was the only place with free spots (only 2 tables out of 5 or 6 where taken) decided to sit down to quickly eat the pizza. The girl working at IQ came out and told us to leave, we said there are still free tables for customers so we are not bothering anyone to which she said because of us she now needs to sanitize the table. I ll admit that s a fair point and we were in the wrong, we didn t mean to add her work ( COVID is still something we all need to get used to). That said was there a reason to kick us out besides being petty ( since she had to sanitize it anyway and the store wasn t busy) - I don t think so...

Love IQ Foods! High quality nutritious meal at every location I go to. Friendly staff and so many options that I haven t even tried yet, esp. the breakfast menu. I go here mostly during lunch for one of their bowls. Their Miso Miso bowl is one of my favorites. One thing most people don t know is that you can customize it as much as you want. So I take out my radishes and ginger to replace it with cucumbers and cauliflower. And so on. Thanks for a lovely experience every time I come here

Same menu as other IQ locations. Our bowls had some rice in them that was still hard. Very limited seating, we got a table next to the manager that was using a table to work on their laptop while other customers were standing around... Do you not have an office? Staff wasn't all that friendly and didn't offer us water for the table which other IQ locations always seem to. Wouldn't go back.

I'm a big fan of IQ Food Co. The menu staples are fantastic and they are constantly adding new items based on the season. The King St IQ is in a great location and has friendly staff. The Kale and Bean soup on the menu for the season is really good!

Delicious! I had the kale ceasar salad and absolutely loved it! The ingredients were so fresh and tasty. It's a little expensive, but totally worth it... and considering the area I'd say the prices are very reasonable.

I had a Sababa bow for approx $14.50. Portion was small for the money spend, the value wasn't great. The cauliflower was just starting to get spoiled and it had an off taste. It's supposed to come with rice and baby kale, among other veggies - I had a spoonful of brown rice and 5 baby kale leaves.

I do see it's potential, there are plenty of options and plenty of people working there. Could be a hit and miss depending on who preps the food for now, it's a based on my experience

Pick up a satisfying meal or snack, consciously prepared!
Great vegetarian meal boxes, Sababa is a favourite! They can easily be customized to suit your taste. Also on Ritual for easy ordering and skip the line pick up. Love it!

Try the almonds smooth is delicious and can replace a meal, another suggestion is the Apple Cobb salad, it's really good. In general you can go wrong with iQ, it's pricy but it is good...This king and Portland location is pretty new, I've been wishing to get an iQ near work and finally got it! Wheee \o/

I just tried their LIMA salad. It's so so good! In a city filled with salad bars that are extremely overpriced and kind of mediocre, this was an excellent surprise. It had chicken, avocados, corn, black beans, cabbage, cilantro, jalapenos and the dressing was delicious. It was also only $12! I can't wait to try the other ones.

Delicious food. I used to be a regular at the Financial District location and this one is somehow even better. The staples, like the Sparta, are full of fresh, healthful ingredients that really conpletement one another. They periodically rotate new menus in, seasonally, which means there are always new things to try. Right now, I'd highly recommend the turkey chili.

one of the worst food experiences i have had in a while. I feel bad writing a bad review but my salad was almost inedible. radishes were cut so thick (invest in a mandoline). my salad was 1/2 cheese. 10 pieces of mixed greens when i got an extra add on. Definitely a wasted 20 dollars

Very small portion, prepare to pay 14 + tax dollars for what amounts to a side salad. Writing this 3.5 hours later starving. Also forgot protein, had to return for it, but that's minor vs the criminally small portions.

Went to IQ Foods the first time on Saturday night and ended up ordering the SPARTA bowl . It was a decent serving and tasted great. Definitely going to go back to try different bowls.

The staff that helped me were very friendly despite the rush and especially the young girl named Irena who explained the menu to me.

It would be best if there was more seating, however take-out is a good option.

An honest review. A bit disappointed in the breakfast. We ordered 1 salad which was fantastic and would give it a 5 star given its richness along with the avo toast (& avo 2.0) which were supposedly put on sourdough, instead I got what looked like a Dempster's loaf of toast. Felt like I paid $8 each for a piece of supermarket toast and quiet possibly the saddest avocado toast in the city. Staff were fantastic, the coffee was pretty good (specialty of some sort), salad was amazing those are all 4+ stars but I truly felt cheated with the $38 paid for breakfast which I had to have another one after because I was no where near full. Not to mention, whoever designed this space needs to loose his credentials. Almost 7-800 sqft space and 3/4 of it being an open kitchen catering to pickup orders ? 3 sad tables cornered in dead areas. Utlize the space below somehow.

Food is good and affordable. Prices are reasonable for portions.Atmosphere is fresh and trendy. It is definitely more of a healthy fast food to-go place due to lack of seating, layout, and food style.

I love iQ and frequently visit for lunch at work. Today I visited this location for a peaches and green smoothie (which was delicious) and can t say enough good things about the service of the staff here. They were extremely friendly and helpful for their customers!

I've tried them on two occasions and they're so overpriced and underwelming. Sauces are bland compared to Kupfert and Kim. They could be a lot better yet somehow miss the mark with portions, flavours and price.

I used to be a regular at Kind West location as they were doing great at the very beginning. I still come back there every now and again, but every time I am having a bad experience.
This afternoon I got a kale caesar, but when I came back to the office and opened the box, half of ingredients were missing. I understand that this is a very busy location and they probably forgot to complete the box, but charge $18 for a meal that contains only greens and cherry tomatoes is really unfair.
Also, very inconsistent with their smoothies and unfriendly new staff members.

Came here on a Sunday afternoon with high hopes. Unfortunately the food just looked thrown together, no love whatsoever by the staff preparing the food. My Lima bowl looked nothing like the photos others have posted. The taste was decent. We agreed that we have had other bowls elsewhere in the same price range that were better.

The food is tasty but exceptionally overpriced. The "bowl" that they describe to go could fit in a small take-out container, and you barely get more than a few bites of any one flavour. Seems like they are making the most out of a lack of local salad options.

Got a salad bowl with chicken, greens, goat cheese. It came with a very vinegary sauce that did not pair well. Overall taste was good and the ingredients were fresh, but it did seem more like random ingredients thrown together, rather than ingredients that work well together. $12 salad that didn't taste as good as a ceasar.
