Really don't have much to say. I applied for rental assistance in the beginning of April. Haven't heard anything from them my application hasn't been processed. So I might be homeless soon

Professional, kind, compassionate, respectful and knowledgeable

They only help people pay rent if loss of job due to covid. I couldn't work for 14 days cause I had covid they wouldn't help me with a dime

They have amazing programs to help nearly everyone that could really use the help!

Well I can say they have helped and talked with me and it took a lot of patience but and they kept me afloat because if it was not for iowa finance authority I would be homeless today.. they are giving people another break and taking applications for people affected by the pendemic again so it' has hit us all hard you know......piece God bless

I was actually very upset I was hoping for more from the state I was born and raised in and lived all my life it actually took almost two months to get an answer back did everything that I was supposed to and then I got denied for utility assistance I will never expect anything from this state ever again

They were very helpful and got me a huge relief for my mortgage to ensure I don't lose my home do to the horrible pandemic!!!
