I engaged with this tech services firm hoping to streamline my processes and enhance efficiency. However, the solutions provided felt more reactive than proactive, leaving me to navigate many challenges on my own. While the team was friendly and willing to assist, their strategies did not significantly alter our workflow. I expected more innovative insights that could drive real change, but unfortunately, we ended up with the same issues persisting. Communication could have also been clearer.
