This site is a pain to try to get check your pay stub. I wish the company I work for did not them.

Has made our payroll and WC process seamless and fully electronic!

As someone who used to work for this company, I can vouch that they have some of the best, most dedicated employees. I highly recommend their payroll services.

I never do reviews. BUT this one I had too. I have nothing but issues with this company and it feels like more and more each day they care less about their clients. Just disappointed at their employees attitude and behavior. I don't ask for much but I do expect to work with my vendors. and I find it hard to work with them even though they are suppose to make my job a lot smoother.

Great service. No one has the time to manage their own payroll and compliance anymore. It s hard enough to keep the doors open doing the things that make you money. We used INVO for our payroll and HR needs and haven t looked back.

I called due to a direct deposit error and had to be rude with the representative to actually get her to help. She acted as if she couldn't care less if my issue was resolved. When it comes to people's money, you should be helpful and respectful. The lady was giving me a rebuttal for everything I said and I finally asked for a supervisor. These people are rude and unhelpful. Use another company for your business payroll.

Tina Mullins is a Rock Star at what she does for INVO PEO and has awesome customer service skills.
She goes above and beyond for the clients. These are the kind of people every PEO should have to add, maintain and seek new business. She also has a very good ear and listen to the client while accommodate their needs. She is Aces in my book.
