Mr. Vivek and Mrs Nanda designed our independent residence at Kottur Garden, Chennai.

They have a unique combination of skillsets. First of which is their exemplary technical competence. They have designed spaces for us, which are highly functional and aesthetic, connects with the surroundings, yet offer privacy that is required for an independent residence.

Beyond their architectural output, Mr. Vivek's project management leadership is outstanding. He identifies vendors and contractors who, along with the Invent Architect inhouse engineers, are highly professional resulting in very high attention to detail in all aspects of the construction.

We are small builders wanted to explore innovative elevations with less cost. This is to improve or build our profile in the market. Approached Vivek and nandha for a small project and they delivered a brilliant elevation in a week span and that too with less spending from our pocket. This was just a trial from us to see if it works. We could see more visitors reaching us for buying. Thats when we decided to stick with this young and energetic team.
