This is the most horrible place to work ever in the history of humanity. Just stay unemployed, this place is horrible, horrible, horrible, horrible. Definitely would give zero stars if possible. Fk this place.

Would give 0 stars if possible. If you have the misfortune of having to deal with this company for issues with Time Warner/Spectrum, beware. Associates are poorly trained and give false information which their superiors will not back up. If they get themselves in a bind because of the misinformation they give you, they simply quit taking your calls (obtaining a phone number is not even easy), refuse to answer your emails or voicemails. Truly an unethical, poor excuse for a marketing company. You couldn't get much more incompetent. AVOID!
