You sell your car and send the indemnity within 24 hours. Arranged right? Not with this society. You receive 6 (!) Identical emails with your new invoice (I no longer have any insurance with you!), So you respond to these emails that your insurance has been canceled. Arranged now? NO! Because they write off the premium! Called back, sent another email. "You will receive the excess premium written off within 2 weeks." Yes, bye-bye, I have already reversed that. A week later they just book it again! So dear people of Intrasurance B.V., would you please keep your administration up to date? My cancellation with indemnity has already been processed by you on 29 August!

Does not have her affairs in order as an intermediary. After taking out a new insurance policy, monthly payment of the premium turned out to be only possible after more than a year. The result: automatic premium debit for a whole year left a good deal of month at the end of my money.

Suggestion for the solution; take out your insurance again, it will start immediately. Well, I had already done that in December :-) It is unclear why it would work then.

Employees do their best, but do not get further than "this is how the system works", "we are not always happy with the way of communication", "we cannot adjust the effective date manually".

It seems that this intermediary is mainly focused on raking in large customers and has little regard for the interests of the policyholders. It also seems that this intermediary prefers not to have contact with insured parties: contact is only possible through a somewhat poor personal environment without the possibility of chat or calling.

Next year looking for someone else.
