Rooms are small only good thing is location right next to Atlantic station

I'm actually a very pick person when it comes to rooms! I frequent Westin, Sheraton and so on person! Being I needed a place to stay until find a home, I can sleep at ease! The rooms are clean, quiet, and comfortable! I have saw worse room for the same if not higher prices weekly and to my surprise I'm very grateful I found this place! No bugs, no dirt in the cracks or corners! No smoking permitted so nice smelling! The only thing I didn't like is the old looking fridge and the stairs coming up to my room! Other than that I have no complaints! Flat screen tv, with all the good channels! Ac working very good and bed is not the best but not the worse either! Worth the $299 I feel like a true blessing!

There were cockroaches and everything was dirty and neglected.

No blankets on check in. No towels. No toilet paper. Floor so that your feet turn black walking to the bathroom. Multiple times tried to go to the office and waited with no one there ...called several times and could never get a single person to answer-we were running late to check in and finally after 2 hours we called the 800 number and they patched us through. Tried to use the microwave and it started to shudder and then spark!!!! Has holes inside and rusted out!! Then finally got to sleep for an early morning wake up...and the globe for one of the lights in the ceiling feel and one of the bulbs shattered on the table and all over our computer, clothes, and belongings!!!! Just because they are renovating doesn't mean pitting the health and safety of the guests is acceptable!!!!

The Mattresses are disgusting and their plumbing needs to be fixed

this place is terrible aubery walking around no work complete ive been without lights for 3 weeks you got a white woman walking around banging on doors and no complaints at all the manager is the drug dealer the house keeping is ok no problem there. avoid this place to save you cost

Needed a place to stay ASAP ,Nice studio Apartment, with full kitchenettes.Flat screen TV , Free Wifi , Water , Air Conditioner ,Full Size Refrigerator , And heater for the winter . I found this place online about 7 months ago , was a bit skeptical at first , so i changed my plans about going , A F ew months later I have finally made the decision to give it a try, due to the fact of abrupt hardship. So happy I have made this decision. the place is quiet , and clean , reliable transportation all around you , and only 5 mins away from Atlantic station. 7 mins from Arts Center Transit Station, as well as the Amtrak Train Station .Anyways , I've been living here for 4 weeks , and its been great. if your considering on staying here for a while, even months at a time , I would totally recommend it , especially if your on a budget . I advise you to just keep to yourself , and try not to make friends with the people there, and you'll be fine . Also you pay by the week , the longer you stay , your weekly rate lowers You save $60 weekly after just 5 weeks of renting here . I would of given this place a 5 star , if my refrigerator was not rusted . And the spiders and ants that creeps up on ya once in a while . Other than that I highly recommend this place , for those who are open minded enough to step out of your comfort zone, and try something different . You l never know unless you try.

I reserved a room here three weeks ago called ahead multiple times only to find that a room reservation does nothing (it is a courtesy hold on a room). Now I have no where to live for the next month and no one ever warned me despite me calling ahead nearly 5 times over the past month. It shows a lack of professionalism and a complete disregard for the customer.
