Very comfortable establishment Feels Like Home Away From Home

Less sketchy than the Cheshire location... So, that's good...

I stayed in this motel for a week. After a couple of days, I reallzed that there were small insects and those started biting. After a day, it became unbearable, and my wife and I started having small itchy red blisters. I took some pictures and showed the front desk staff. The front desk staff said it could be dog fleas. Why should I be given a room with fleas??? They checked and could not find anything. We stayed there one more day and then left. Now my wife had to see a doctor and the dector said that red blisters were because of insect bites. Please check the room before you check in, and make sure there is no insects or bed bugs there. I am very disappointed with them.

Finishing up 3 weeks here. Been a great place to stay while I relocated to atlanta and searched for anapartment. Clean place, friendly staff, I can't think of anything negative to say. I would definitely stay here again.

horrible place to live while waiting for apt. the courtesy officer is banging the little white woman karire I believe so I tried to complain and my toilet not working and the entire office threaten to kick me out and refuse payment. dre is a drunk. dont rent here

Back in 2017 I had to find a place to stay quickly and booked an extended stay ,when the time came for me to stay I was told that I was not in the system by a rude receptionist and late at night was forced to look for alternative accommodation.

Great staff. Housekeeping is very efficient all in all it has been a good experience alrighty the five star

Stayed there for 3 weeks, first room they rented to me I had to turn the faucet on the sink on so the shower could get hot. Transferred to a different room which was supposed to be newly renovated found blood on the inside of the comforter. Then contacted customer service concern line and left 3 messages no one called me back. Worst hotel I've ever stayed in.

I only go here to visit my buddy but location is great in Atlanta, rooms or room is like any general room small with a bed, essential needs, etc. Service I'm no sure of.

This hotel is the best, clean And good room service

Horribly dirty room floors and management didn't even have mops to mop up the mess. Forget about wearing white socks in this place (two steps and they are filthy). Linen was dirty and management changed the linen once in 4 weeks. The bed is on a platform wrapped in plastic and slides all over the place, good luck with the platform corners bruising your knees and legs. Parking lot had three vehicles with flat tires when I arrived. . A month later two vehicles with flat tires still there. The microwave turntable didn't work. The Wifi network is horrible, maybe a 1 Mbps per device if you are lucky and it goes out frequently. When you need management, half of the time there is a sign hanging on the door that the manager is out and will be back in 20 minutes. Traffic in and out of the hotel, late night guests fighting, not the best area of town. When rain comes, all the sidewalks are flooded because there is no proper drainage from the upper floors. The elevator were out of service at times because of vandalism.

Stayed here for Thanksgiving, left out had a good time only to come back and not be able to get into my room, the person on duty put up a sign stating he'd return in an hour and a half it's been 3 hours and he's no longer answering his phone. Had it been summer is be fine being outside. It's freezing cold and this is unprofessional to the highest degree!!!

The manager is so sweet and polite! She try her best to accommodate you!

There could have been wall decorations to make it more welcoming inside, and bags of garbage in the trees was just trashy. Elevator floor is mushy and falling apart. Staff was very nice.

Pricing was good. But the groumds keeping could improve and the rooms need a thorough cleaning.

Came to check in room at this place and was confronted by an alcoholic disguised as the courtesy officer (Aubrey weddington) his pores reeking of alcohol and breath smell of weed. This guy gives men like me a bad reputation as a hard working black man. Once our company ( my boss) checked in the room the toilet was broken if you sit on it. it wobbles the light bulbs missing. Hallway smell like piss.This might be worse hotel to be in at these rates. Pray to God that you don't get locked out because that poor excuse of a courtesy officer will not be available literally!! The Manager looks decent but she needs to train her front desk staff professionally. black gay dude talk to fast while on personal phone during checkout. And isn't it's unprofessional for staff to be gossiping about your guest ?

Really really really sketchy. Although it does have one of the best views in Atlanta of the skyline. You just have to park out back then go upstairs to the backside of the hotel.

The rent is over $300 a week and the place needs to be updated. Lots of people just hanging out. It's very obvious this place is working with agencies because there is no way most of the people staying there can afford this rent. People hanging out in breezeway all times of the day and night. Seems very unsafe but I guess they are trying to justify and maintain this high rental rate. Either way, the wrong crowd of people are there at the Northside Dr and the Piedmont Rd locations.

My stay here has been very pleasant.. The management is excellent and very helping

Ok well I'm giving 2 stars for the customer service and the means to understand individuals.the renovations are great and comfy but when your dealing with a company that corporate doesn't acknowledge complaints from those that help keep the business a float.

The Rooms ate nice but very dank. I was in 130 and kept hearing people yelling in the parking lot.

To many people hanging out in parking lot where the lighting is very bad.

I am currently staying here and have no real complaints about this place. I've been here for a month now. The room looks exactly like the pictures but they do have the option to allow you to physically view the room before you purchase which was helpful to us. I was afraid to be here due to the mixed reviews but I'm honestly glad I did. My only dislike is that the weekly pricing is kinda high for the quality of room BUT it's not unbearable.

Best views of Atlanta. Nice rooms. Super convenient location to midtown, downtown, and everything central Atlanta.

If you're in a bind need a place stay cool. Getting things like unstain bed or floors. Ha don't count it.

When your looking for an alternate way of living this hotel is expensive and has an interesting collection of guests.

Its enough room for a hotel and it has a refrigerator.

They were really great to us. I kept locking myself out but they never worried about it.

I was picking up a friend. I was only there for about 10 minutes. The room was small and the air conditioning wasn't very cold.

I booked a room for the month of June at the end of April. I thought everything was fine (had confirmation e-mail, number, and everything), but then when I got there on the day I was supposed to check in, I was told by the man at the desk that they didn't have a room for me and that they "intentionally overbook". He implied that's not just this location's policy, but all the InTown properties. Don't use this terrible business.

Horrible place. Dirty towels. They will only give you one. The microwave sounds like it will blow up. I didn't try it before I approved the room. The toilet leaked. Wi Fi didn't work.

Management came in to do a "critter check". What!!!! They lifted the head board off the wall to check for bugs. They don't change the sheets either. You can't empty your trash if it is filling up because there is no place to dump it; they only clean the rooms once a week.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place to Anyone!!!

The bite of the city outweighs the lumpy beds, flat pillows, no house keeping.

Overly expensive under maintained. Staff is great. It's what you'd expect from an extended stay hotel.

I been here over a month and it is a great place when you need a great room.

It was an awesome location, room was clean, maid service once a week. Very highly priced and to me management was rude at times. Make sure you always have the payment on the day you are due to renew because unlike some other places they will NOT work with you at this place at all. It was a really frustrating situation my family and I were in moving to Georgia from another state but at the last minute we were told we HAD to get out of the room by 7, so my family hurriedly packed our things and made the 400+mile trip back to our hometown......

my wife and I have owned our own business since 1991. We travel extensively running our business, staying in motels , hotels , and all types of lodging establishments. We have been in the Intown Suites for three weeks now and cannot wait for Friday to get here and move out. The day we moved in we were promised house keeping on every Monday. I believe we should send out search parties looking for the house keeping crews, they have never shown up, not once in 3 weeks so far. We were also promised maintenance would get right to work on the leaking toilet that never stops running. The shower might have hot water for a maximum of 2 minutes, and that's streatching it , no joke. We went and bought our own sheets, pillow cases, blankets, and bed spreads. We also went and bought towels and wash clothes, so we could have clean ones to use after showering in the cold showers. The washers and dryers, Lord where to start there?????? The spin cycle in the washing machines is defective. Therefore the clothes in the washing machines are still soaked through and through when you put them in the dryer. If I'm home I will go to the laundry room and ring them out by hand before my wife places them in the dryer. The noise and partying that goes on every night is not what a working man needs to be able to sleep. I could live with all of this but the final straw is the bugs!!!!!! I Do Not want bugs in my bed. This is the first time I have ever posted anything like this , but I wish someone would have clued me in before we paid them. I have stayed at Intown Suites before at several different locations. I will never stay at this establishment again. Also it would have been nice to let us know , from the beginning , that we were responsible for toilet paper trash cans trash bags.

Me and my wife lived there for two months and it was very pleasant we both loved it they had very coean and well kept rooms and the desk staff was friendly as well it was somewhat difficult to get ahold of or get service from the maintenance man there otuer that its a great place the view off of the back side of the complex is outstanding with a great view of atlantic station and the whole downtown area and amazing sunsets the tvs have tons of channels and rooms are reasonable in size if you are considering a stay here definitely take the chance it wil be well worth the price for a stay here !
