I purchased Intex aqua lion x1 as someone suggested me because my previous experience is not so good with other brands. But I really thank my friend for suggestion and Intex for providing us with a great smartphone at a great price.

Service is very bad by intex. They take have taken my money and did not solve my problem.

Service centre give poor service. Bcoz Intex dnot support the service centre. Dnot refund the deposit also then service centre is closed.

Nice clean place with parking space. There is forest end of this building. Environment remain oxygenate all the time because of trees.

very bad service. i had submitted my phone on 23rd november and still after 2 and a half month i haven't received it back. they changed the phone from new to old no response from anyone these guys are fraud the worst services ever.

Purchased a power bank (Intex IT-PB11K 11000mAH) and its really great by model wise and product quality wise. This is so affordable too. Great product, thumbs up to Intex.

I am using PB-P10N power bank of 10000 mAH since last 4 months. A very beneficial product for a traveller as mobile is an important lifeline in our life. Thanks to Intex for giving us the helping hand

I have phone intex aqua power hd with 8 month speaker is not working.
it is not good life of phone. and I am facing hanging issue and auto restart also.

Because I am very hate this intex TV .and my TV is about 2month illinois.this castomer care not helping me.

Struggling since 40 days. Paid service charges and still my home theatre is like defective at home. Nobody in Intex is trying to solve my problem. No proper reply in email and no proper reply over the phone. Still waiting for the Sunday when your engineer will come and resolve the issue

Very poor service of intex I have led TV 4012 after purchasing with in one hour it had stopped working .at least 50 times I have called no one is to attend the complain
I suggest every one not to purchased intex product . today is the 7 th day

No service centers in Pondicherry. Did not expect such poor worst service ever.

No service center for mobile repair. The numbers provided on official website for Delhi NCR are either not working or changed. Tried so many number from google for service center but got nothing. If you can't provide proper after sales service don't sell your your products and waste people's time.

Poor gatekeeper behavior..

i came with my new intex aqua mobile having some issue in search of service centre.

the gatekeeper was so arrogant he didnot enter me and said there is no service centre here.

so, i feel very bad as i came from gzb specially in search of the service centre.
i found wrong location at the lajpat nagar service centre through google map so i reach okhla to repair my phone.

Your service centre is located at worst place or not at same place which you give on google and they are not satisfying customer.

PLEASE AVOID TO PURCHASE INTEX AQUA STAR 2 MOBILE, BATTERY LIFE IS VERY VERY POOR, ONE MONTH OVER MY MOBILE BATTERY NOT YET RECEIVED FROM SERVICE CENTER. LOT OF MAIL SENT TO CUSTOMER CARE BUT NO WAY !!!!!!!!.- Rating is 00000, approximate 2 months over , not yet replaced Battery.

INTEX is wonderful mobile.....I rate it among among TOP 3 brands in today's market.

I have used intex smartphone and it's very good in performance.

I bought INTEX CLOUD SWIFT mobile on 23th DEC 2015 for 8,888rs/-l. I got a problem with in 10days of purchase, the phone was neither switching on nor charging.

Till now, two months are completed, but mobile was not still replaced. Very worst experience with servicing people. Do not buy INTEX.

Intex Aqua i7, I Have been using the product since last 1 year. Its like an amazing product of intex. Have not found any flaws in its working, never hanged even once. I compared this mobile with several mobile brands(samsung, nokia, sony) even their galaxies and Xperia couldn't beat this mobile in terms of specs & quality with respect to price. This is my second product from intex and the overall experience is very good. Thanks intex for such amazing products.

Just purchased Full HD tv (model: LED G4301 FHD) of Intex and the quality is so good. Picture clearity is just amazing. Just hoping for the durability of this product for a long time.

I bought Intex Aqua HD Sea Blue online from Snapdeal..now within year phone doing problem like switch off automatically and battery not performing, and screen start fading..when sent customer care at Lajpat nagar-II New Delhi they can't accept problem and not replace the phone and very bad behaving at service centre...want to new buyers never buy this phone

One of the most pathetic service from INTEX. Gave my product for repair as it was not working from the start I bought it. They never gave me any intimation that my product has been replaced and it was a gift to my fiance.. I would have gone and collected it with my fiance and could have given to him however due to their lack of communication i couldnt collected and my guy has left the place and just because of their non communication i couldn't give him a gift. While asking them to deliver the product they are stating their policy which was gone while communicating to me... Most untrustable company i must say...

Worst phone of the world...making money on its own....worst quality....don`t purchase Intex Phones....
