I recently purchased a piece of furniture from this company, and I have to say, the experience didn't meet my expectations. 📦 While the design was appealing and modern, the quality didn't match the price. The assembly was a bit complicated, and I was left with extra screws and pieces, which made me question the overall craftsmanship. 🛠️ Additionally, customer service was not as responsive as I had hoped when I reached out for assistance. It felt like I was left to figure things out on my own. 🥴 I had higher hopes based on the initial browsing experience, but I'm left a bit underwhelmed.
