Not professional
We have waited for 25 mins without any feedback while not everyone was occupied.

Very helpful and friendly and experience agency that I love to work with they makes me feel like a lot more than a king

VERY BAD. USELESS and they did not even give us the correct information!! A flight was missed because of their irresponsible actions!! They shout back as well! It was their fault purely and instead of giving us the correct answer they make use wait 4 HOURS at the airport gate and shout as us for asking questions! Very unforpressional. I do not recommend getting any ticket from them as they do not know what they are doing.

Amazing people there just visit Jounieh Branch and ask for Ms. Sahar Sarkis, she will help you with everything you need hotels, trips, train tickets, hotels with best locations!
I recommend !
