My partner left her dentures for repair and was told it'd be done by the end of the day. Well 3 days later it's still not done. That's 3 days of working and eating without her teeth! Terribly unprofessional of them, and I will never go there.
Very nice on the phone- I called to ask about getting a wisdom tooth pulled. They told me that because I was a new customer I would get a free 'consulation' and that they could tell me how much it would cost after that.
After taking and arranging three days off of work and a ride to and from the appointment, I showed up to get my tooth pulled.
At that point, they said that it wouldn't be pulled today despite our long conversation about getting the exam and the tooth pulled at the same time. Ok Strike I.
Then, the 'consulation' consisted of her reiterating the reasons to me why I was there. The exam Suprise Suprise cost 90! Well, ok they were nice and I felt comfortable, so I payed it. Strike 2.
My appointment was at eleven. I didn't get into a dentist chair until 1145. Strike 3.
They took an x ray without putting on the xray bib. Strike 4.
I waited until 1230 when they told me it was going to cost five hundred dollars to get a single tooth pulled. Strike 5.
At this point I'm thoroughly annoyed because several places assured me that even a complicated pull should not cost more than 300.
The guys are total scammers. And to top things off, as I'm leaving to walk home since now I didn't have a ride because of their unprofessionalism, the receptionist makes a snide remark as I walk out the door.
I don't know how they stay in business!
I called gentle dental and they did the work for 108 dollars plus a 54 dollar exam fee.
Save your time and money and go somewhere else! Rude, Expensive and Inconsiderate!
Doctor Edward and his team are amazing! They are always very professional and friendly. They changed thing around in the clinic and have implemented new policies because of COVID-19, I felt very safe and very happy to finally be able to have my teeth cleaning.

Is the best Dentist in Portland. I have been going for him since I was 16 years old. Weather is was a check up, cleaning, cosmetic dentistry , emergency dentist or any tooth problems. This guy is the best in the business. I highly recommend Dr. Wards. Great payment plans for those who do not have insurance. For those who have insurance very reasonably priced.

I've never had a kinder, more gentle dentist than Dr. Ward. I've had a few over the decades and he by far makes your open-mouth chair time phenomenally better. He genuinely wants you to feel comfortable before, during and after your dental time. If something doesn't feel right a few hours after the Nov. wears off, he'll welcome you back to adjust with no issue.
He is a very kind and gentle Doctor. Always has flowers for patients on saturdays and gives quality honest care for over 45 years
Dr. Ward took care of my tooth emergency with such tenderness and care. In my 64 years of life have I had a dentist like him. He said, softly "just keep breathing" while he removed the tooth. I had no idea he was done. The staff, so attentive to my every need. I am finally home. I would not only recommend him, I will be forever grateful.
