Large selection, good advice, friendly, questionable parking lot situation

Very nice and competent advice in the ski department. The consultant has taken a lot of time to find the right ski boot for me and adapt. I felt very well looked after and would like to come back! Really top :))

The saleswoman made a hole in my chosen T shirt with scissors because she couldn't get the fuse open because it was the last one in my size, so I couldn't buy it.

Bought hiking boots that I later had problems with (bladder technology) and got a pair of hiking socks free of charge that solved the problem.

Would like to say something about the advice on site, but unfortunately it was the third time that none of the sales staff was looking after the customers, but rather three of us were standing around chatting or playing with a ball.
Even after 15 minutes no one came to help with the search for badminton / squash shoes.
There were some customers but none was asked or advised.
The attention and friendliness should take a look at other shops here ...
The one time with (admittedly good) advice in the past was probably a mistake ...

So it won't be anything with buying on site ...

I really like being here. It is very clean and clear. There is free on-site parking and also an accessible entrance. You can walk to the intersport within a few minutes from the train station. The employees take care of one and advise with good expertise on the products. I always find something there. Unfortunately, I just think that you get a voucher instead of the money you pay. Nevertheless, I like to be there.

Top advice in the ski area with everything that goes with it. The employee took a lot of time and made a very competent impression. He was also friendly and not intrusive, you felt comfortable as a customer. The shop itself is modern and you will find everything you need. Ample free parking is available directly in front of the entrance.

Who finds nothing here ....

I waited 10 minutes (felt) for the seller to end her private call. Multiple attempts at contact have resulted in her turning away and hiding behind clothes racks.
A shame, I have now bought my running shoes from Amazon.

Stood today for 20 minutes in the Waiblingen shop on the shoe rack, the salespeople simply walk past you uninterested or stand behind the cash register and look around bored in the sales room. Really incredible. Then I went to the competition in Winterbach, where I was served very friendly and courteous and I made a lot of sales

Was looking for running shoes. I received very good and open advice.
I am very satisfied with the final decision of the running shoes, gladly again at any time!

So far everything was fine, but the last ski consultation was nothing more than an offensive sales policy. Unfortunately, I imagine a constructive sales talk differently.
