Upon walking through the door, I was greeted with Next! Your DOB, Name? As they looked it was silent. They had not received my orders. So I attempted to reach the nurse who submitted them. I had to ask for a fax number. Turns out my Doctors nurse has submitted the request to the fax number online, BUT it wasn t the correct number. That would answer why they hadn t received it.
So I waited another day to go back because all of this was figured out after they closed. Second time I entered was same greeting, then take a seat someone will be with you when they can! Absolutely no hello, how are you, can I help you, nothing!

I would have given no stars if I could. This is the worst customer service I have ever seen. We went for lab work and we made payments they turned my husband into credit department and it wasn't even the correct amount tried calling but you can't talk to a human. I paid mine in full and they turned me into the credit department lol I tried calling but no matter what numbers I punched I could not get a human so I had to go to my bank get proof of pmt and mail to both!! I don't live in town so much Inconvenience. We will never go there again!!!!

Worst Medical Lab facility I ve ever dealt with in my lifetime. I called them in concern for a bill they had sent me, later finding out my medical insurance had not covered due to the wrong billing code. I spoke to a woman, I believe her name was Linda and her explanation was that my doctor s office billed the wrong code. I contacted my doctor s office to verify what she said. I was told it was billed correctly. My doctor s office told me that they would contact the lab. Interpath would never return their calls/messages. I had to go through many channels to get this fixed. Scary that this is a medical lab provider who you trust will take care of your prognosis and billing concerns. I will make sure on my next colonoscopy that my doctor uses a different medical lab.

I am terribly afraid of needles! Fortunately, the phlebotomist I was assigned recently during a visit to Interpath made me feel at ease and it was over before I knew it. What could have been a painful visit - turned out to be a nice interaction with a friendly team.

I have been employed at Adaugeo Healthcare for 6 years now. In that time I have grown tremendously professionally and personally. In my position, I love being able to work independently and Adaugeo is flexible with my work schedule. My managers support me and help me succeed in my long term and short term goals. I enjoy that my position challenges me and helps me continue to grow and learn new things. I truly enjoy going to work each day. I wouldn't want to work anywhere else.

The staff are courteous and efficient. Getting my blood drawn here is a breeze, and I'm always in and out of the door quickly for any testing. I've never had any problems with this company.
Working here, I can say that the employees in the lab are always doing their best to get patient results as quickly and accurately as possible. The work culture is good and the management is always looking to help employees grow. It's a great opportunity for eastern Oregon.
