Highly unstable company and on a verge of collapse.The company lacks good leadership and very often senior management is changed .Every year there is retrenchment process.They cover losses by sacking people.There are no increments for the employees.The only advantage is work environment, you have freedom to work your way. But not worth to join.

One of IT pioneers in Kuwait and the Middle East. A company that sold its IP to Huwawie and made profit. Most of those who dealt with them realize that they could've done a lot of things better. Start with their building and the visitors' experience, for example. If you need to visit their Finance on the 9th floor, you need to visit the basement (not available via stairs) first to obtain a visitor card, then you can visit the department. Most of their customers complain about the quality of their deliverables and their customer service. Although they realize this, nothing's changed.
