As a customer, I would rate the company as average. The website was easy to navigate and provided detailed information about the products and services they offer. However, I found the overall customer experience to be lacking. The response time for inquiries was slow, and I had to follow up multiple times to get a resolution. The pricing of the orthotic products seemed higher compared to other similar companies. Though the quality of the orthotics was satisfactory, it wasn't exceptional.
