The folks at International Gourmet Foods go above and beyond when it comes to providing customers and clients with exceptional service! I called in to find out about a certain product and they provided me with all the information necessary! These folks are a great example of how customers should be acknowledged, helped and treated. Two thumbs up for IGF!!

You need a appointment here to get unloaded but that doesn t mean you will get unloaded on your appointment they will unload you when they feel like it

NEVER ORDER FROM HERE. Customer service is absolute trash.

No parking , only one dock not god for 53 long trailers!

I'll never deliver for these people if they are paying 5 dollar a mile. Worst people you could deal with. Lazy and unprofessional. Their docks were not meant for 53f long trailers.

Never deliver here again took 4 hrs to load 4 pallets. Very tight space. If other trailer are being loaded or unloaded u have to wait before they move.

This is place where you will test your skills. You will need to park 53 trailer in docks for small trucks. So tiny lot,not enough to manuver but you can make it eventually.
They started loading me as soon as i parked,so thats why i will give them 2 stars.

Very unprofessional HR department. Applied to position for second time, was told I was the first person they thought of based on interviewing previously. Contacted hiring manager as told, he remembered me and told me since I ve already interviewed he d call me in a few days bc we trying to get this done fast . Didn t receive call, called to check in was told a story about covid and to call in a week, I did same story. Called in after another week was then told I really don t have to reinterview but the HR coordinator would be giving me a call in a few days and I d be the first interview. That didn t happen, left a voicemail in HR inbox, call was never returned. Gave a final call to hiring manager and was told she should of been called you. Let me call her and call you right back . No call back. Finally was able to speak to HR coordinator through indeed messaging, after telling her this series of events, she claims there was miscommunication between the hiring manager and I and that they moved on to other candidates. Can t say was truthfully happened but it seems I was strung along for a month and told fake stories hoping I d just not follow up or that the HR coordinator miscommunicated with the hiring manager and has a habit of not updating status of job to potential candidates. Can t say anything about actually working there except they have mostly 2 star reviews on indeed

Very very bad customer service. You can not even deal with manager.
