Been my all in one medical and dental, vision and Pharmacy fir several years now and I have recommended them often.
With COVID-19 reshaping the way humanity interacts with itself, I have had to deal with some pretty cold and disconnected clinical professionals lately. In some visits, I was rushed through screening; rushed through the appointment; and then rushed out of the clinic without so much as a "thank you for coming", "please be safe", or even "good-bye". So I was fairly skeptical before I made my dental appointment at ICHS International District.
The staff at ICHS International District were amazing. And my Dental Hygienist, was an absolute angel- professional, yet friendly, and extremely positive. Seriously, it was the first time I actually felt relaxed in a dental chair.
In all honesty, the dental staff at ICHS International were professional, friendly, and very welcoming. Absolutely amazing!
Extremely furious, I usually would NEVER leave bad reviews especially for a medical clinic. But this place has by far been the worst and keeps getting worst and worst, I will be switching clinics if nothing gets resolved. The doctors and nurses are amazing so I would hate to leave but the front desk and medical records people do NOT speak nor understand English. I ve called multiple times to get my official health records and they do not understand me and give me a printed out list (completely unprofessional, and unauthorized list) I ve been to the office multiple times saying I need an official paper stamped and they just don t understand. They have accents that you can barely understand them and not only that but they are RUDE, not polite or respectful on bit. I know I m not the only one who has this issue as you can look at the rest of the reviews everyone has said something about the front office and medical records department. This place would be so amazing if you guys hired nice staff to represent the front. It s so disappointing to see how this place has gone down as I ve been a patient for years.
Usually I would not post a review but I ve been fed up with this place. The nurses, doctors and physicians are amazing great people. But the staff in the front reception and medical records receptionist are HORRIBLE! Most of them have accents and are screaming at you when you can t understand them. When I was asking a question they did not answer my question but instead yelled at me through the phone and avoided my questions, (just trying to get my health records). None of the front desk people are helpful. I have been going here for years and I cannot believe a great place like this will hire them to represent the front desk let alone handle clients information. The receptionist ladies are very disrespectful and rude. I will definitely be switching doctors asap.
This is truly a great place. If you don't have insurance they do a sliding scale for payment. Very affordable, and still wonderfully good service. I can't say enough great things about this place. I would give 10 stars if possible.
ICHS is the WORST clinic ever.
First, the main problem. I notice their doctor change quite often. Some doctor maybe your primary doctor this time but she/he may not next time. So, you will have to see a different doctor. Then, different doctor will explain different things about your health. Very confusion.
Second, Their doctor is late often and never have enough time for you to finish your questions. (My personal experience: doctor came in late 20 minutes after my original appointment time, then spent 10 minutes to ask me questions. Right after, she did not give me anytime to finish my questions and was trying to leave. When I said, doctor, I have not finished my questions yet. She just said, sorry, I don t have enough time for you and I am going to be late for next patient. WOW, she said she is going to be late for next patient. What about she is late for 20 minutes for her patient who s is standing right in the front of her! ?
Third, most of their staffs are nice. But, some nurse/staff who s is doing in clinic translation are not and always rude and not patience when you repeat your questions and try to understand your health problem better. Ladies who are working at WIC department is also very rude too.
Fourth, One hour lunch time at their pharmacy? Really!? Do you really have to close the door and all staffs take lunch at the same time? Why can t you just have a lunch rotating shift, so there is at least one person to answer the phone?
Anyway, I just recently transferred all of my family to other clinic and won t go back to ICHS. If you are reading this review, please think twice before you or your family go there.
The receptionist we had encounter with should be fired ASAP. She does not have any good manner for customer service except for rudeness over the phone. She became very upset when asked about simple appointment questions. It would be ironic if they tell me the staff are trained before taking the job. I will literally consider take legal actions against that woman. THUMBS DOWN! SHAME ON YOU!

Everyone was Professional Respectful Kind and Helpful
I've been to many dentist offices around the country through the years
I can't think of one that was more professional or courtesy and Clean Every Precaution was taken
I'd recommend this office to anyone
I was pleased with my first visit. Very clean, the employees were polite, efficient and caring. I'm definitely planning on going back. It's nice to be treated well.
