horribly rude staff that abuses power and refused to give a first name to provide a proper complaint. Horrible security company

Very disrespectful to people wearing uniforms as their are so unprofessional. Securities employees are much better as term of mutual respect.Very arrogant employees that hate their job and take it out on everyone. Especially a fat rent-o-cop in Worcester RMV.

This company is poorly run. They don t answer the phone, return texts or emails. They violate laws and have no respect. It seems like they don t know what their doing, when I say the employees are mentally incapable I mean from Corporate down to the hourly workers. The captain, the chief, juli in HR. I don t know how their still open with their mannerisms and janky operation.

Promise raises and don't deliver..try to force you well out of your way when they need it ..tried to send me over an hour away from the site I was hired for ..talk to you like trash too ..last resort

Very poorly run Company! These people think you don't have a life, expect you to be on call, send you to sites way out of your way, and then don't pay you for all of your hours worked. Every payday is the same bs. They're winging it at HR and payroll and have the accuracy of guesswork! It gets tiring if you have mouths to feed and bills to pay! Hey, as long as they're filling a body to work their sites, I guess !!! When you try to resolve issues, all you get is 'the run around'. The left hand don't know what the right hand is doing with these guys! Not as 'elite' as they would have you believe. Take your chances.....

I have had the pleasure of working repeatedly with ISA and certainly plan on pursuing this partnership. Courteous to guests, on time and professional, extremely communicative, there is few I could ask more!

Their security is extremely violent towards people. I watched a few of their so called security brutally hurt people that their there to protect.

Worst company I ve ever worked for, starting pay was nice but don t expect to get a raise , spent 2 years working here. Found out they were hiring guys with 0 experience at a higher rate than I was making. Called management about it and got we are working on it for a month before I quit. Avoid this company

AWFUL EMPLOYEE, just watched a Video from AuditAmerica on Youtube, and the two in question should be fired, AWFUL and they both deserve to be arrested!!!

ISA guards were posted at the Chicopee RMV taking paperwork. The guard was rude. He fiddled with his gun the whole time we interacted. Teach these guys an interview stance and a bit of professionalism.

Aweful, someone needs to call the AG on this company for Payroll fraud.

If you want to se a video of this company represented by a couple employees go to YouTube and lookup auditing America, find the video posted on January 5th 2020. They displayed very poor abilities to execute their job in any way shape or form. The two gentlemen working for this company assaulted and tried to violate two gentlemen s rights all while carrying weapons. Please retrain your staff, I believe you guys can recover from this.

Worst company ever.they will put you to work but your pay will come short. When you reach out to check verify your what s owed to you you ll be lucky to get an answer. Unprofessional across the board.

Its a really good and stable place to work, mostly hires vets and i highly recommend it!

Besides having prejudice employees working for their company and no follow through on complaints about being poorly trained. Or that some of their members being former PD Administrators Don't know anything about HR218. Or think that being College Law Enforcement Officer is any different than that of a town. Let me remind them of something a federal trial that is going on for the Marathon Bombing in which a MIT Police Officer was murdered in cold blood.

The security guards at 310 state ST Springfieldma abuse their power ... They open their wallets and even your wallet that is illegal, because there you carry your personal documents.

Completely disrespectful and demeaning. This is not just one bad apple. Multiple employees exhibit the same threatening and belittling behavior. I feel less safe with these guys.

These people need to be reminded they aren't law enforcement. The personal questions they asked at the RMV in Worcester are none of their business. Google should let me give zero stars.
