they tried to rip me off, by selling a car that only booked at $4500, for $10,000.00, when i called and talked to them for the price of the car they said $5995.00 but after getting there and talking to them they said they could do the car for $9995.00 i alost had a heart attack..the battery was dead they put a new one in it and it was to tall and it burned through the piece of vinyl and basically welded my hood to the wing nut on the battery cable burnt a hole in the hood caught it on fire..when i called them about it they didnt wanna talk about it, it was something they did that caused that it even shorted out the car and made it die....like most car dealers they will sit and talk to u for hours when u buy a car but once something happens to it that was there fault they didnt wanna gear or talk to me about it..they call place of employment when the boss tell them that im not suppose to have personal call they state that they will call whom ever they want or where ever they want...

Got my first truck through them they were friendly very helpful and worked with me I would recommend them to anyone

Impressive customer service to say the least, wasn't even a customer, just happened to break down at Intermountain auto sales dealership by chance. Mike came right out to help diagnose the issue, even jumped our battery with his starter, offered to loan his jumper cables, and when all attempts failed, he sent us to interstate battery and got us hooked up with a new battery for a huge discount, saving us literally hundreds of dollars and a whole lot of time. Had a new battery in and on the road in no time. Good honest local business man! When I need a car I know where to go, thanks Mike!

I recently purchased a 2018 Ford from Inter-mountain. They didn't initially have what I was looking for, but they gave me the tools to find it. Once I found the car I was looking for they took extremely good care of me in my financing, by purchasing the vehicle on my behalf. Even if they don't have the car you're looking for on the lot GO TALK TO THEM!! Their customer service is incredible! I love my car, and the price I was able to get it at!

Either The people judging are being awful or they put a great front. but I've been calling all morning to get some simple info on looking for a car for my family and over the phone they sounded awesome and were overall the best service i've had all morning. I'm sure it will be the same when I go look at the vehicles they have. :)

These guys are trying to scam people. My elderly father (who is taking care of my mother and grandmother) is in need of a vehicle. He saw an add in the paper stating that they could get a great deal on a car for $150 a month. He went down to the dealership and asked if about the car. They refused to tell him the actual price. Instead they insisted that he go to the office SIGN SOME PAPERS, then they would "Find him a deal." Luckily my father may be elderly, but he is completely lucid. After he asked several times and refused to sign anything they told him that they couldn't do business with him and had him leave. They are trying to scam people and take advantage of people with limited options. Stay away from these con-men.

I had given these guys a great testimonial, only to find out later that these guys are just like any other crappy used car dealer. They are liars plain and simple.

I was relocating to az for my new job. Needed a good car that was good on gas and low miles. I called Mike and told him what I wanted, he said he had several that would fit my request. I ask what they were and then I said I want to stay below 10,000 if possible and payments right at 300.00 with the gap and extra warranty. Wow to my surprise when I got there It was sitting there a 2008 Honda civic, exactly what I wanted. that was in Feb. 2017. Since then I have put over 15000 miles on it with in 3 month. Wow, I am surprised I found a dealer ship that puts there customers needs above all. I live in AZ now, but when I want another car I will be calling the amazing staff where I can tell them what I want with out the pressure. Hats off, you all do it right. After numerous visits to many of the local dealerships and car lots in the valley and surrounding areas, my husband and I were just exhausted with the run around and getting our hopes up and being disappointed over and over again, with having some credit issues we just felt like nobody wanted to really work with us and take the time to understand our situation. Just want to share with everyone that I have bought my last 2 cars from Intermountain Auto Sales. I will continue to use them for my future vehicle purchases and for when my youngest child is ready for his 1st car! They bent over backwards for me and went as far as buying and transporting a vehicle from Texas for me (special purchase) . I also sent a friend over to them in which they were equally happy as I am. We bought a Chevy Suburban from them. It is beautiful and has all the bells and whistles. But it is a lemon. We have more money in repairs to this vehicle then we have payments to own it. Inter mountain was friendly and seemed straight forward. And they dropped the price so we could get a loan on it from a bank. We are so sorry we bought this money pit. It has been in for repairs 4 times since we bought it. Totaling $3,000.00 in repairs and it s still not fixed. The experience was great with these people. However I suggest you have a mechanic check your car out before you purchase it. They had just got this vehicle in and had it in a mechanic shop before we purchased it. Which we where told about. So I believe they where honest. But just did not know the extent of the mechanically poor condition it was in. So sad we bought a big beautiful lemon.

Not happy with the purchase there. I wanted an older truck but got directed to a newer one, a diesel. It needed a gearhead to own it and I am not one. It was a moneypit and I let it get repoed. Good riddance! Now I take the bus. Not happy, paid a lot for a moneypit.

I took my 2019 Subaru WRZ to them to trade in for a truck. They had a 2015 Silverado that I wanted, and everything seemed great. Mike made the numbers work for me and I left happy. Less than 24 hours later, the truck had a check engine light come on with a lean running conditions code. I called Mike, and he immediately gave me the Subaru back to drive around while he personally took the truck to Ed Bozarth to be looked and repaired on his dime. Two weeks later, the mechanics didn't know what was wrong. Mike called me and offered to cancel the deal and purchase parts from me I had purchased for the truck. He made everything right from day one, and continues to find me a truck that fits my needs. Great guy. Great dealership.

Mike and the staff are awesome! From Ashley getting me pictures in detail of my truck to Mckenna getting all my paperwork done. Mike not only gave me a smoking deal on my dream truck but he was able to find me the financing my bank was unable to. The entire staff went above and beyond to make the process easy and flawless. I highly recommend intermountain auto and would use them again for my next purhase, I don t imagine there will be a need for that anytime soon though.

Worst car buying experience. I originally didn't want to buy the 2003 Dodge Durango and I should have listened to my instinct. They practically forced it on me, insisting I couldn't get into anything else, whereas a week before they approved me for a Jeep Cherokee. My car was breaking down, so I was in a dyer situation, and made sure they understood my necessity for something extremely reliable as I was working 2 jobs. Not only did they push me into a car I didn't even want, they sold it to me with such TERRIBLE tires that I had 3 different locations turn me away and refuse to even rotate my tires because my car was a "liability". I then tried to get my oil changed and was turned away again because of 'liability' issues. I then had to just have my boyfriend start changing the oil and after trying to find someone for 4 months to change my tires, my boss finally put my spare tire on for me in the parking lot of work just so my vehicle would still be drivable cause wires were poking through all my tires. He changed the worst of them. 5 months down the road, my engine completely blew. The warranty covered it, thankfully, but it was in the shop for 12 weeks, they ordered the wrong engine, installed it, and then had to start over. I also had stopped by so they could witness how bad the vehicle was and they turned me awau sarcasticallying saying they don't even carry copies of warranties. I then still had to pay over $500 dollars to get it out of the shop after they did a $6800 repair. 5 days out of the shop, it broke down again and had to be towed back to the shop and the warranty was used AGAIN to replace another part - which we also had to pay about $200 get outta the shop again. Two of my windows then fell off their tracks and broke their motors. Not even 3 months after the engine got rebuilt, and after getting routine maintenance oil changes, my engine has to be rebuilt AGAIN. I have had this car for 10 months and had nothing but problems. Not only do I not have a reliable vehicle, but now I'm 7 months pregnant with no vehicle for me or my boyfriend to get to work with and a newborn on the way.This dealership is slimy, and sold me the definition of a total lemon. NEVER BUY FROM THEM. Now I completely understand why they wanted this vehicle off their lot so badly. Not to mention that the mechanic that had been working on my vehicle that does most Intermountain's auto warranty work stated he believes they sold me a lemon, and upon conversation with the owner that he was extremely disappointed in them and how they felt 'they had no responsibility' in selling me such a shabby vehicle. Worst place in Grand Junction. Terrible customer relations, terrible INTEGRITY. Never, ever buy here.
