2 trucks have arrived at 920 am not loaded at 130, now they are short on the product have to call off the 3rd truck right after my third truck was going to show up, they never told me anyone, I had to call and ask about the status of the 2 trucks sitting there, time is $ what a Fing joke this place is
if you have an interview with Nicole Buskus please don't waste your time !!. She was 5 min late for zoom interview doesn't apologize for being late. Very rude and cold this is HR ?!?! asks one questions and leaves People don't waste your time. This could be how they treat people for color here. If you don't believe me read the other reviews !!

One guess what all these trucks are not doing. That's right, getting loaded. Wasting 4-6hrs to get loaded is normal here.
Hopefully you'll read my review before you book your load or even come here. Up until recently it didn't take too long to load here but lately (March 2021) it will take 5+ hours to get a door. Then they need to get your load ready, load, strap & tarp. Good luck. No 's.
These people are AWESOME! I purchased a large lot of pallet racking beams "used" and needed some new upright frames. I was transferred to Paul Jackson who went above and beyond to help me get the frames I needed. He took the time to look into the old part numbers and found the new model that will work with my beams. He provided me with the distributor and phone number of who I needed to contact. You don't find service like this anymore. I'm a customer for life.
Gate guard is very nice. Someone came out and said the customer messed up which caused the long wait (almost 3 hrs). The broker called me and said they will reimburse my time. Nice folks just long waits for all of us.
Showed up early and got loaded within an hour. Nice and fast. No overnight parking and the exit from the interstate is a bit of a headache.
Waited over 4 hours, now backed into a loading Bay and waiting yet again, don't skip a meal coming to this place. They don't have a clue.
