InterContinental London Park Lane Review

Nice hotel, unbelievable bar.
The hotel's bar, The Arch Bar, is pobably an Asian free zone or something holy space that only selected man can enter. I visited this place two days ago, just kicked out at the entrance. I stayed hotel with club benefits, and the information I received clearly says the evening drinks are served at The Arch Bar. But when I entered the bar, nobody welcomed me. When I asked the bartender twice about the club benefits, he just pointed left, Welington Lounge, saying "go there".
I cannot believe why I had to be treated like this in 5-star international luxury hotel.
I ask if there was any proper reason I should have been treated like this.

My stay here has been the best. The staff is amazing and the breakfast fantastic. I will most likely book this hotel next time I'm in London.

Went to the Italian feast lunch,at theo Randall restaurant in this hotel,amazing value in this deal about 6 courses,some buffet,some served at table with bottomless serving of either prosecco, negroni or aperol spritz for 1.30,prob works out at 4 drinks, more if your on prosecco.I had the negroni and had 4 in big glass .the food and buzz in the restaurant was great ,will definitely come back,go and enjoy..

Xmas party event, food was okay venue was nice though

A wonderful hotel, the service and the lobby are the most wonderful ... close to everything, the markets, the Hyde Park and ... and the taxi is available at the hotel at all times for those who want to taxi ...

Service, amenities etc all absolutely excellent. Wonderful stay.

All Inter-Continentals are good, so this is a better hotel than most but it's not the best by a long way. New York wouldn't put up with the poor service and signage. Try finding the toilets from the lobby without asking. Indeed, try finding someone to ask or to get you a taxi. I may have been unlucky - the facilities are excellent but when I was there the staff were poor.

The phone was not working and 3 light bulbs were burned out. Moreover there is noise all day due to the renovation.

Two days, two nights. Location is superb, and its proximity to Hyde Park's Winter Wonderland made a short business trip to London more pleasant than I had expected. Beautiful property, nice decors, and good service. Thank you.

Love the hotel! Nice and friendly staff, clean hotel, free wifi for IHG Rewards members. Has a nice workout facility. Hard Rock Cafe Restaurant is walking distance.

Love the business suites on the 7th floor for a meeting. On the top of the world, looking down on creation etc etc

Brilliant place right in the hustle bustle of Park Lane /Hyde Park Corner. Really well placed for Picadilly and Knightsbridge. Great welcome that makes you feel important, friendly and helpful staff. Facilities are excellent. It's expensive but it's money well spent. Recommended!

Had High Coffee. What a great way to spend an afternoon. Not at all rushed and very good quality. If you are looking for afternoon tea with a difference give this a try.

One of the best hotels in London. Can't beat the location or the service. Many rooms are smaller than expected but a location and transportation options make up for it.

Attended a 1st birthday meal at the TheoRandell restaurant. A lovely environment, with most accommodating staff and delicious food.
All the makings of a great evening in good company.

This was our second visit to The Intercontinental Hotel for Afternoon Tea. Last time we had the standard Afternoon Tea menu. This time we had the Nordic inspired Christmas Afternoon Tea Which was different but very enjoyable. A very tasty, alternative take on traditional Christmas flavours.
The surroundings for the tea room are bright, contemporary and comfortable.
The service is professional and prompt with the staff being very knowledgeable about their work.

Which is amazing value for the standard of quality, comfort and service!

Fantastic hotel. Stayed here with my teen daughter for her 1st trip ever to London. For her it was an unbelievable experience. From the Ferrari's in the forecourt to the way all staff fussed over her. Special mention for the man who runs the show at the door; he is the best. All the other staff, absolutely great.

I attended the ACLT Gift of Life Ball 2019 at the Intercontinental it is a truly special venue. The staff and all round customer service were exactly as I would have expected it to be at such a top mark hotel. I didn't stay the night so didn't get to see the rooms, but I can imagine they would meet every expectation!
