The hotel is really lovely. From the moment you walk up to it when you arrive you can see its somewhere special.

That feeling continues at check in too. We were travelling with your 4 year old and they gave her a lovely little cuddly bear toy. Our little one was really pleased.

Rooms are a fairly good size for London hotels. Our was impeccably finished, a really upmarket feel.

I would recommend eating in Theo Randall's restaurant inside the hotel. Its very delicious and the super service continues here too.

Nights here aren't cheap but the service you will receive and the experience you will have should be faultless. A highly recommended hotel if you want something special in London.

The reputation of the hotel makes that I don't need to say how this hotel is comfortable, luxurious and flawless, the point I want to underline, is their baths, their baths are so deep, large and get ready for a steaming bath in less than 3 minutes.

I've got the best bath of my life in this hotel when I was drunk and craving for one.

Would have been 5 stars if not for the last minute incident at the spa on Wednesday 7th October.
Amazing customer service throughout the stay, from the moment you step in and out of the hotel. Very welcoming and friendly staff. All the lovely things they had provided for us without request made it even more special.
I would say avoid the spa, I got a facial and almost lost my right eye because of it. I don't believe it was intentional but I would have assumed that the lady, Anna, would be more careful with strong chemicals around sensitive areas such as the eyes, as it burned for a long time and can still feel slight stinging.

Visited the Theo Randall restaurant on valentines day, the sharing menu was delicious though timing wise it was extremely unhurried (3hrs+ for four courses - there seemed to be a high proportion of new staff on who were finding their feet that night).

One of my favorite Luxury hotels in London with the most wonderful friendly professional staff. From the moment you arrive at the front door you feel completely welcome. This is one of the best Intercontinental hotels. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and quiet for a great night's sleep. The hotel has 2 amazing world renowned Master Chef restaurants, the first is Ella Canta from the incomparable Chef Martha Ortiz from Mexico City and THEO from brilliant chef Theo Randall. The hotel also has the best Club Lounge incredible value for price.

Waaaay overpriced, convenient only to the airport, and snooty, inaccessible servers in the lobby bar. Room was luxurious, but I was dumbfounded by my experience. If I want to pay $400/night and be ignored, I'll go to Paris.

We stayed here after a night out in London. For a great location it cannot be beaten, but for a 5 star hotel it lacks several important features. Let's look at the positives first.
The door staff are friendly, professional and a pleasure to deal with, as were the check-in staff who made us feel very welcome. The bar cocktails were well prepared and the staff were also very well trained and offered a great great service. The hotels restaurant and public areas are well kept and conceirge is always on hand to assist!

Finally the rooms are nice and the beds fairly comfortable but they are getting a little dated and worn. They are however fairy spacious and have all the facilities including minibar etc.
Overall I would rate this hotel a very good 4 star which is fairly good value for the area. If your looking for the true 5 star experience this hotel may fall slightly short depending on your expectations.

I went for interview there they ask me if I want a cup of tea as I was frozen from outside temperature I said yes please. They just brought my tea . Managers informed me about the salary I was no happy of the offer and told them I'm not interested of job anymore and than they said interview is finished and they didn't offer me to stay and finish my tea which was very rude and not polite at all .

At the corner of Hyde Park, walking distance to St James, The Mall, Piccadilly areas, easy connection by bus to almost everywhere, near Tube Station, crowdy legendary first Hard Rock Cafe.
Rooms are OK, quite small, but fine, food could be better, specially breakfast as everywhere in the UK.

Great Hotel with great service staff. Immediately from the second your door is opened into the hotel you feel welcomed. My immediate thought after I d been checked into my room was Wow, these guys know hospitality . Coming from a service background myself, I can truly appreciate the extended effort that staff at the hotel go to to ensure guests are let happy and have a joyful stay. Would gladly recommend this place! And the location is arguably one of the best in London

I visited the InterContinental London attended a wedding. The reception by staff was very friendly, the ball room was wonderfully set up for the wedding. The event I was attending with my wife and family lasted all day. The ball room changed purposes multiple times through the day. I've of my family members also stayed over, as the event required a few wardrobe changed we used the room for this. The room was immaculate, well presented and for once in a hotel nothing was damaged. Each time we returned to the room we discovered house keeping had either added fruit as a snack, tidied up and on our final visit they had removed all the quilt toppers and display pillows so my brother in law could easily dive into bed at the end of the night. Finally we had a few drinks at the bar, the staff were again friendly and full of smiles. Our bartender was friendly and engaging. He had a real passion for mixing drinks; he was kind enough to explain the what he was doing, my father in law has a cocktail and he loved it. Not enough good things to say. Oh they allowed early check in and late check out as they knew we were attending the wedding being held there.
