Great, attentive, professional and anticipatory service! Excellent room with lots of space. George Street is a shopper's dream. Close to Edinburgh Castle.

Good hotel, in the center, with access to the historical center. Quiet area. The conditions are very good. It is very well maintained, the staff is friendly. The rooms are comfortable. Breakfast is excellent, extremely varied, with quality products.

Breakfast is with poor choice, however stuff is polite, gym is very small

Centrally located, drinks are expensive but the staff are really nice and attentive.

Christmas party event. Venue was nice and staff were friendly. However the food was very bland and tasteless. A frozen meal would have looked, smelled, and tested better. (The curry soup was just a bowl of curry sauce).
