Very pleasant and sincere service. Great environment and nice meals.

Stayed as a special deal for one night. Staff were lovely and the buffet breakfast was delicious with a lot of choice.

We had the evening buffet too, as part of the package. The food was delicious but it was served in a basement floor and felt like it was in a conference room!

We upgraded our room so had an amazing view which made the stay extra special. Overall a positive experience. See photo that I took from our window. Incredible seeing HK at its best.

Hotel is nice and clean. Front desk staff is friendly. Instant service staff is polite and provides prompt service. I enjoy my stay with my family.

Stay there for 1 night during Easter Holiday. Overall is good. can make better for the pool and facilities in the bath room in the pool area.

Shabby hotel rooms, but the sea view was good.
Have to bring your own USB ports, there are no usb socket and the hotel are not providing any ports for you.
The swimming pool is located at the rooftop, extremely tiny.

Very good dim sum. We made the booking 1 hours in advance during Sunday morning. Spacious tranquil restaurant. Traditional luxury dim sum place, 5 star service.

This is a top-notch hotel and its staff are truly excellent - my girlfriend and I received an outstanding level of service during our stay here. We followed the advice of many reviewers and booked a room with club lounge access: it was worth every penny. The room itself was large, well-appointed, and extremely comfortable, not to mention clean. A special thank you to Mandy at check-in and Angela at the club lounge for making our stay exceptional.

The executive lounge is great. Service is good. If the quality of tea can be further improved. Although the waiter is not bartender, they can help you to mix some easy Customised coaktail. Quite good. Full Harbour view room is perfect.
