Left their machinery on our property over the weekend.

They broke my car window and won't contact me back to take care of it. They have safety on their website, however I get the feeling that they would have prefered that the rock had hit a motorcycle so they would have eliminated the witness. Companies with trucks on the road should be far more responsible.

excellent customer service. they did some work for alliant energy on my property. I had 1 small concern early on, they addressed it and fixed it immediately. I was contacted by 2 upper lever management regarding the issue, handled professionally and properly. the clean up/restoration of the yard they disturbed was fabulous. follow up was terrific. excellent crew. I reached out to them for a quote on a project. The VP (Jamie) declined the work because it wasn't a good fit for them. He then recommended two other contractors to call AND offered some suggestions to make the project a success. I'm grateful for contractors like this...just trying to make sure of a successful project, whether its their project or not.

Big shout out to Floyd's crew coming through in a desperate situation here in Cedar Rapids, IA. We had an unbelievable storm come through and demolish our city. We were without power for over a week and when our situation looked bleek they came in and flat out got s*** done!

Internet and TV service down ever since they dig for their utility work . Been down 24hrs plus and dont even know if they will fix up their stupid mess before the weekend.
