This is an outstanding and trustworthy company. It has been a great supplement to my income. I was skeptical about secret shopping in the beginning due the plethora of scams. However, this company pays when they say they will and have great assignments. Many of them are quite simple as well. I encourage all to sign up.

May sure you watch what they pay you. They have not paid for the tip on a total of 18 jobs I did for them and when I tried to contact them over 15 time, but they refuse to respond. There are several better mystery shopping companies, so I would just working elsewhere. *Update**** They finally replied to me and offered to pay me.
They will use any excuse to not pay or to reduce your score. They said that the shop was not completed when I complained and they agreed that the shop was completed they reduced my score "because we had to contact you" They did not pay due to sending the wrong invoice. It was the correct invoice, sent it again, still no answer nor money.
They sent a fraudulent check to me through the mail that I was not able to cash. They wanted me to open an account with this bad check and send them a copy of the deposit slip.
Very nice and reputable company. One of the only mystery shop companies that responds quickly to shopper questions and requests. Pay on time and guidelines for shops are clear.
I've completed several shops for this company with no issues of the financial nature. If you read the guidelines, follow the directions during the shop and report/collect the correct information, you should not have any problem getting paid. This is a company which asks for a very detailed report but if you've followed the guides, you'll have no problem answering the questions. I like this company because it does offer higher fees then some of my other MSC and I can fill in gaps on my routes. Thanks Intellishop!
