Very friendly staff and nice explanation. For those people who commented the staff is rude please learn how to be polite before expecting people to be nice to you. Keep it up myipo staff.

Fast services, easy to find location on Ground Floor next to the entrance. If you need Commissioner of Oath, there is one opposite the road. Convenient!

Still cannot get my renewal certificate of trademark after 2 months from payment date. Even the status are not yet updated.

Easy to get to. Right at the LRT stop. Not so busy most of the time & staff is always around. Parking is at RM4 first hour, RM3/hour onwards
