I had high hopes for this practice based on their holistic approach, but my experience didn’t meet my expectations. The staff seemed overwhelmed, and communication could have been clearer. I appreciated the alternative treatments offered, but the follow-up and support left much to be desired. Felt like I was just another appointment rather than a valued patient. 🤔🙁
