I mailed a check the past two months. Each time, the check is cashed but not posted to my account. I have to call and speak to several supervisor and reps who have all kinds of excuses. I even e-mail a copy of the front and back of the check. Presently my check was cashed 7-11-2025 but as of 7-22-2025, it has yet to post to my account. Why are these people still employed there?
